[0015] 本实用新型通过上述结构的设置后,待去核的红枣通过送料组件输送至进料斗内,然后从进料斗上落入至圆盘的放置槽内,接着转动圆盘,将红枣旋转至固定模和移动模之间的腔室位置,接着通过第一驱动装置调整移动杆的位置,使得移动模和固定模能对红枣进行较好的定位,然后通过气压筒内的强大气压驱动去核模对红枣进行冲压去核,去核完毕后的红枣在圆盘的继续旋转下,由于重力的作用,自行向下掉落,最后被统一收集,本实用新型整个过程均为机械化操作,可显著降低人力资源成本,大幅度提高红枣的去核效率。

[0040] 本实用新型的整体工作原理是:待去核的红枣12通过送料组件输送至进料斗10内,然后从进料斗10上落入至圆盘5的放置槽14内,接着启动第一电机2,带动圆盘5的旋转,将红枣12旋转至固定模6和移动模7之间的腔室15位置,然后关闭第一电机2。接着,启动第二电机41,带动传动套44的移动,进而带动移动杆9和移动模7朝着靠近红枣12的方向运动,在移动模7和固定模6的作用下,完成对红枣12的定位工作。然后,打开气压筒20的开关,在气压筒20内高压气流的作用下,给去核模16带来巨大的冲击力,便可对红枣12进行去核工作,红枣12的枣核从第三空腔24处穿出。去核后,关闭气压筒20的开关,去核模16开始复位,接着反转第二电机41,使得移动模7朝着远离红枣12的方向移动,接着启动第一电机2,带动去核后的红枣12的旋转,最后在其重力作用下,从放置槽14上向下掉落,在实际工作时,可在相应的位置处放置物料袋(图中未示出),对去核后的红枣12进行收集。

1.一种红枣去核装置,其特征在于:包括固定架、去核组件、固定模、旋转轴、安装在固定架上的第一电机、安装在旋转轴上且可随旋转轴同步转动的圆盘、安装在圆盘上方的进料斗、用于将红枣输送至进料斗内的送料组件,所述固定模安装在固定架上,所述旋转轴可转动地安装在固定架上,所述第一电机的输出轴和旋转轴相连接,所述圆盘的边缘处设有用于容纳红枣的放置槽; 所述去核组件包括气压筒、可相对固定模做前后移动的移动杆、用于驱动移动杆前后移动的第一驱动装置、以及安装在移动杆首部的移动模,所述固定模和移动模之间配合有用于容纳放置槽的腔室,所述移动杆内设置有第一空腔,所述第一空腔与气压筒通过气管相连通,所述移动模内设置有与第一空腔相连通的第二空腔,所述第二空腔内安装有可相对移动模做前后移动的去核模。
2.如权利要求1所述的红枣去核装置,其特征在于:所述进料斗在圆盘的边缘处安装有挡圈。
