背景技术
现有滚塑机加热室门均为整体式结构，整体门上下安装在滑道内并在滑道内滑动，这种整体式门结构虽然也能满足使用要求，但由于加热室门较宽，尤其对于3米以上的设备，开门后需要占用更大的使用空间，部分厂房由于室内空间局限，难以安装，而且大型门要保持足够的刚度，需要更高的加工工艺要求，生产使用成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于改进已有技术的不足而提供一种可以充分缩小设备占地面积、结构简单、成本低的滚塑机折叠门。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种滚塑机折叠门，是由框架和门组成，其特点是所述的门由内侧门、外侧门组成，框架上侧设有错开设置的内侧门上导轨、外侧门上导轨，框架下侧设有错开设置的内侧门下导轨、外侧门下导轨，内侧门、外侧门的上下两侧分别设有上导轮，下导轮，内侧门的上导轮，下导轮分别安装在内侧门上导轨、内侧门下导轨内，外侧门的上导轮，下导轮分别安装在外侧门上导轨、外侧门下导轨内，电机连接带动外侧门下导轮，内侧门前面的左右两侧各设有一个内侧门镶块，外侧门背面的内侧一侧设有外侧门镶块。
本实用新型与已有技术相比有以下显著特点和积极效果：本实用新型采用内侧门、外侧们组成加热室门，内侧门、外侧门分别通过上导轮，下导轮固定在各自的上、下导轨上，内侧门前面的左右两侧各设有一个内侧门镶块，外侧门背面的内侧一侧设有外侧门镶块，电机固定在外侧门后部下导轮上，电机驱动下导轮带动外侧门前后运行，当外侧门镶块与内侧门一侧镶块接触时，带动内侧门共同运行，电机换向后，当外侧门镶块与内侧门另一侧镶块接触时，带动内侧门向相反方向运行，这种分体式折叠门结构充分的缩小了设备的占地面积，节省了厂房的使用面积，极大的提高了厂房的利用率，降低了成本。

一种滚塑机折叠门，参照图1、图2、图3，门由内侧门2、外侧门3组成，框架上1侧设有错开设置的内侧门上导轨4、外侧门上导轨5，框架1下侧设有错开设置的内侧门下导轨6、外侧门下导轨7，内侧门2、外侧门3的上下两侧分别设有上导轮11，下导轮12，内侧门的上导轮11，下导轮12分别安装在内侧门上导轨4、内侧门下导轨6内，外侧门3的上导轮11，下导轮12分别安装在外侧门上导轨5、外侧门下导轨内7，电机8连接带动外侧门下导轮12，内侧门2前面的左右两侧各设有一个内侧门镶块9，外侧门3背面的内侧一侧设有外侧门镶块10，这构成本实用新型的一种结构。
