本实用新型涉及一种缓冲装置，尤其是一种制药车间洁净室与非洁净室间空气压力缓冲装置。
背景技术
由于制药行业药品无菌质量的要求，制药车间洁净室与非洁净室间需保持一定的空气压差，即洁净室空气压力要高于非洁净室空气压力。可是在这种状态下，当药瓶经西林瓶输送带，从洁净室进入非洁净室时，输送带上的西林瓶会在输送口被洁净室的高压气流吹倒，从而影响西林瓶的正常输送。此弊端一直没有好的解决办法。

针对以上存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是公开一种制药车间洁净室与非洁净室间空气压力缓冲装置，其特点是由西林瓶输送带、西林瓶、输送口、空气压力缓冲装置组成。西林瓶输送带从制药车间洁净室将西林瓶通过输送口输送到非洁净室时，空气压力缓冲装置在输送口将高压气流向两边和下方分流，保证西林瓶在输送口不会被洁净室的高压气流吹倒，从而保证西林瓶通过西林瓶输送带的正常输送。
本实用新型一种制药车间洁净室与非洁净室间空气压力缓冲装置的有益效果是：装置制作、安装容易，成本低廉，使用效果好、可保证西林瓶的正常输送。
