Abstract

本实用新型提供一种收纳式封口机,其包括底座、电热模组、回弹机构、支撑座体、压合盖及滑移板。底座上设有电热模组及回弹机构,而支撑座体包括至少两个容置槽并且卡接于底座。具有滑槽的压合盖枢设于底座的枢转座上,滑移板固设有止挡块,滑移板的两个侧边滑设于压合板的滑槽内。其中,在收纳状态下,滑动滑移板至卡合位置,使得止挡块卡合于容置槽内。从而,让使用者在使用完毕后将封口机变更为收纳状态,有效减少所占体积及损坏机率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及收纳式封口机,尤其涉及适用于塑胶袋或塑胶材质薄片密封的收纳式封口机。
背景技术
目前市面上已有多种轻便可携带的小型封口机。近年来,各厂商针对现有技术也作出多种改进技术,如中国台湾专利公告号M394289的“电热封口机的改良结构”,请参见图7,其是现有技术中的封口机的立体图。封口机9主要包括底座92、与底座92卡合的主支撑座体951、前支撑座体952及后支撑座体953以及枢设于底座92的压合盖97,其中在底座92的底部设有可旋式扩充模组96,该扩充模组96为一刀片组件。此外,电热式封口机的内部结构基本上是由电池提供电能,并在按压压合盖97的过程中通过电热模组93将电能转变为热能输出,进而进行密封封口的作业。
然而,现有技术中的封口机在使用完毕后,压合盖97与底座92之间仍会存在间隙,无法将压合盖97的盖体完全收纳于底座92中,所占体积较大,也因此电热模组93暴露于外,有可能被使用者误触启动电热模组发热造成伤害以及能源浪费。再者,在量产的过程中,若能减少每一封口机的所占空间,可更减少运输及储存上的开销。因此,仍需要一种可以解决上述问题的收纳式封口机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种收纳式封口机,除了具备传统可携式封口机的便利性之外,通过改良的滑动机构,还能让使用者在使用完毕后将封口机变为收纳状态,有效减少所占体积及损坏几率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一个实施例提供一种封口机,其包括底座、电热模组、回弹机构、支撑座体、压合盖及滑移板。底座设有两个前插置槽、后插置槽、电池室及枢转座,两个前插置槽分别插设有前接触片,后插置槽插设有至少一个后接触片;电热模组设置于该底座上;回弹机构设置于该底座上;支撑座体包括至少两个容置槽并且卡接于底座;压合盖具有滑槽,枢设于底座的枢转座上;滑移板固设有止挡块,滑移板的两个侧边滑设于压合板的滑槽内;其中,在收纳状态下,滑动滑移板至卡合位置,使得止挡块卡合于容置槽内。由此,收纳式封口机包含一种滑动机构,使用者可通过改变该滑动机构的位置,将止挡块卡合于容置槽内,使得整体外型为一长方体。
反之,在使用状态下,滑动滑移板至启动位置,使得耐热绝缘体对应于电热模组且止挡块远离容置槽。从而,在进行电热密封封口时,滑移板的耐热绝缘体系对应压合底座的电热模组,使得塑胶袋口能顺利密封,而此时压合板与底座间也存在空隙,具有一倾斜角。
此外,在本实用新型的收纳式封口机中,电热模组可包括凸型绝缘体、电热部及前弹簧。电热部设置于凸型绝缘体上,前弹簧设置于凸型绝缘体及底座的前承载部之间;凸型绝缘体穿设于前支撑座体的穿孔。
在本实用新型的收纳式封口机中,回弹机构可为单纯一弹性件也可为一安全开关,弹性件包括顶掣件及后弹簧,后弹簧容置于后承载部内,并抵顶于顶掣件及底座之间;顶掣件穿设于后支撑座体的穿孔。安全开关则包括电子开关或者等效元件,限制电热机构于未按压回弹装置时呈现断路状态。
在本实用新型的收纳式封口机中,滑移板还可包括扩充模组。该扩充模组可为刀片组件,其包括有刀片与扣合该刀片的组合件。并且,刀片可为安全刀片,其可以是陶瓷材料、钢片等效材质。
在本实用新型的收纳式封口机中,支撑座体可以分开为主支撑座体、前支撑座体及后支撑座体,分别卡接于底座,其可均为独立分件。优选地,主支撑座体、前支撑座体及后支撑座体也可一体成型。
在本实用新型的收纳式封口机中,至少两个容置槽可为三个容置槽,其分别为第一容置槽、第二容置槽及第三容置槽,其依序可分别于滑移板处于卡合位置时,在主支撑座体的第一容置槽容置该耐热绝缘体;在滑移板处于切割位置时,扩充模组与主支撑座体的切割点相对应,以及在滑移板处于卡合位置时,在主支撑座体的第二容置槽容置扩充模组与在第三容置槽容置止挡块。

具体实施方式
请参见图1以及图2,是本实用新型的一个优选实施例的收纳式封口机的分解示意图及立体图。由图1及图2所示,一种收纳式封口机1,其包括:底座2、电热模组3、回弹机构4、支撑座体5、滑移板6及压合盖7。
如图1所示,底座2具有底座磁铁20,其设置两个前插置槽21、一后插置槽22,坐落于中央电池室23的两侧,其中,前插置槽21插设有两个前接触片211,而后插置槽插22设有后接触片221,借此建构出一回路,将安插于电池室23的电池231电力传递出去。此外,在前插置槽21的前端设置有三个前固定孔25及一前承载部27;相对地,在后插置槽22的后端设置两个后固定孔26、一后承载部28以及枢转座24。另外,在底座2外壳体的侧边设有四个卡扣孔29,所述前固定孔25、后固定孔26及卡扣孔29对应卡接支撑座体5。
电热模组3包括凸型绝缘体31、电热部32及前弹簧33。电热部32设置于凸型绝缘体31上,其内具有电热线(图中未示出)设置于凸型绝缘体31的上表面且与两个前接触片211电性连接,前弹簧33设置于凸型绝缘体31及底座2的前承载部27之间;此外,通过两片前接触片211及后接触片221将电池室23内电池231的电力导引至电热线上。从而,在收纳式封口机的电力回路中,将电能转变为热能释出。
接着,本实施例中还设有回弹机构4,其中该回弹机构4为弹性件,包括有顶掣件41及后弹簧42。后弹簧42容置于后承载部28内,并抵顶于顶掣件41及底座2之间。回弹机构4也可扩充为安全开关,使用者必须同时按压电热模组3的电热部32及回弹机构4的顶掣件41,才能正确让回路相连使电热线发热。因此,使用者不会因为误触电热模组3而有被烫伤的危险。
请继续参见图1,支撑座体5包括主支撑座体51、前支撑座体52及后支撑座体53。主支撑座体51的上表面设置有三个容置槽,包括第一容置槽511、第二容置槽512及第三容置槽513,并通过四个卡扣件514将主支撑座体51对应卡扣于底座2的四个卡扣孔29内;前支撑座体52具有穿孔521,所述凸型绝缘体31的凸缘穿设于该穿孔521中,并通过三个前固定柱522将前支撑座体52对应卡接底座2的三个前固定孔25;再者,后支撑座体53具有穿孔531,所述顶掣件41的凸缘穿设于该穿孔531中,并通过两个后固定柱532将后支撑座体52对应卡接底座2的两个后固定孔26。从而,支撑座体5的各构件可分别与底座2卡固,使用者可移除支撑座体5以进行装填或卸载电池,完毕后再将其卡固于该底座2上。
再者,请同时参见图1及图2,压合盖7枢设于底座2的枢转座24上,并具有滑槽71;耐热绝缘体61固设于滑移板6上,并在该耐热绝缘体61的上表面设置有耐热绝缘覆盖片611,作为额外保护机制。而滑移板6是以两个侧边60滑设于压合板7的滑槽71内,可沿滑槽71在滑槽方向上直线前后滑移。在本实施例中,除了固设有耐热绝缘体61之外,还包括扩充模组62及止挡块63,其中,扩充模组62为刀片组件,包括有第一组合件622、刀片621、及第二组合件623,刀片621组设于第一组合件622与第二组合件623之间,使刀片621得以压合而以利切割塑胶制品。并且,刀片可为陶瓷安全刀片,其可以是陶瓷材料、钢片…的等效材质。此外,压合板7内侧设置有至少两个定位孔(未示出),用以限制滑移板6的滑移距离并协助定位,滑移板6上设置有止挡块63,在滑移板位于卡合位置时对应于主支撑座体51的第三容置室513进行卡合收纳。综上所述,滑移板6从前端到后端依序设有耐热绝缘体61、扩充模组62及止挡块63。可在滑移板6处于卡合位置时,在主支撑座体51的第一容置槽511容置该耐热绝缘体61;在滑移板6处于切割位置时,该扩充模组62与主支撑座体51的切割点50相对应,以及在滑移板6处于卡合位置时,在主支撑座体51的第二容置槽512容置扩充模组62与在第三容置槽513容置止挡块63。
请参见图3及图4,是本实用新型的第一实施例的收纳式封口机的使用状态的侧视图及收纳状态的侧视图。如图3所示,在使用状态下,滑动滑移板6至启动位置,其将滑动滑移板6朝前端滑动,使得耐热绝缘体61对应至下方的凸型绝缘体31,且止挡块63远离支撑座体5的第一容置槽511;相对地,如图4所示,在收纳状态下,滑动滑移板6至卡合位置,使得耐热绝缘体61容置于第一容置槽511内且止挡块63卡合于主支撑座体51的第三容置槽513。其中,在收纳状态下,扩充模组62及止挡块63可对应容置于主支撑座体51的第二容置槽512及第三容置槽513,从而使压合盖7密合壳体2并使整体外型似为一长方体,有效减少所占体积及损坏机率。另外在切割状态下(未示出),滑动滑移板6至切割位置,扩充模组62可对应于主支撑座体51的切割点50,完成切割功能。
接着,请参见图5及图6,是本实用新型的第二实施例的收纳式封口机的立体图、第二实施例的底座及压合盖的分解图。在本第二实施例中,收纳式封口机8的结构及与第一实施例大致相同,不同之处在于底座82、底盖820及压合盖87的流线曲面造型,提供外型上更多的潮流元素。此外,底座82与主支撑座体851为一体式的结构,其电池须从后侧边进行取放,相较第一实施例在结构配置上略有不同,独具另一种风格。因此本实用新型的支撑座体并不仅限于分离式卡合结构,也可为一体成型的配置方式。
上述实施例仅为了方便说明而举例而已,本实用新型所主张的保护范围当然应该以权利要求书中所述为准,而非仅限于上述实施例。

Claims (12)

1.一种收纳式封口机,其特征在于,包括:
底座,其上设有两个前插置槽、后插置槽、电池室及枢转座,该两个前插置槽分别插设有前接触片,该后插置槽插设有至少一个后接触片;
电热模组,其设置于该底座上;
回弹机构,其设置于该底座上;
支撑座体,其包括至少两个容置槽并且卡接于该底座;
压合盖,其具有滑槽,枢设于该底座的该枢转座上;以及
滑移板,其固设有耐热绝缘体以及至少一个止挡块,该滑移板的两个侧边滑设于该压合板的该滑槽内;
其中,在收纳状态下,该滑移板位于卡合位置,使得该止挡块容置于该支撑座体的该容置槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,在使用状态下,该滑移板位于启动位置,使得该耐热绝缘体对应底座的电热模组,并使得止挡块远离该容置槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该滑移板还包括扩充模组,该支撑座体能被分为主支撑座体、前支撑座体及后支撑座体,在切割状态下,该滑移板位于切割位置,使得该扩充模组对应于该主支撑座体的一切割点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该电热模组包括凸型绝缘体、电热部及前弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该回弹机构为弹性件,能使用弹簧或任何等效物品达到回弹的功能。
6.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该回弹机构扩充为安全开关,需同时按压该电热模组与该回弹机构才能启动电热功能。
7.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该滑移板还包括扩充模组。
8.根据权利要求7所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该扩充模组为刀片组件并且连接于止挡块旁。
9.根据权利要求2所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,在切割状态下,该滑移板位于切割位置,该压合盖内侧能设置有至少一个定位孔,让该滑移板能精准定位于该启动位置、该卡合位置以及该切割位置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该支撑座体能被分为主支撑座体、前支撑座体及后支撑座体,分别卡接于该底座,其中,该主支撑座体包括至少两个容置槽。
11.根据权利要求3所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该支撑座体的容置槽为三个容置槽,其分别为第一容置槽、第二容置槽及第三容置槽,其能依序分别在该滑移板处于该卡合位置时,在该第一容置槽容置该耐热绝缘体;在该滑移板处于该切割位置时,在该扩充模组与切割点相对应;在该滑移板处于该卡合位置时,于该第三容置槽容置该止挡块与第二容置槽容置该扩充模组。
12.根据权利要求1所述的收纳式封口机,其特征在于,该底座的底部能安装有磁铁,让产品能吸附于金属家具之上。
