本实用新型涉及防火玻璃，尤其涉及一种低楼层用防火玻璃。
背景技术
防火玻璃一般用于门、窗上，防止发生火灾时火势进一步蔓延。目前，市场上的单片中空防火玻璃(两玻璃基片，中间用真空层隔开)以其工艺简单、价格便宜而被较为普遍地使用。但其防火性能较低、隔热性能不佳，当一侧发生火灾时，另一侧的温度会很高，同时也不利于保温节能。而一些高端的外墙用防火玻璃又因其结构复杂、造价昂贵而不适宜于使用在低楼层上。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种低楼层用防火玻璃,不仅防火隔热性能好，且经济适用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种低楼层用防火玻璃，包括内玻璃层、中空层和外玻璃层，其特征在于：所述内玻璃层包括至少两层玻璃基片，相邻的所述玻璃基片之间设有透明防火胶层，所述外玻璃层为单层玻璃基片，所述内、外玻璃层的边缘之间粘结有胶条形成的支撑框架，与所述内、外玻璃层的内表面形成密闭容腔即中空层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于低楼层所使用的防火玻璃对于抗台风等冲击性能的要求不高，但对于防火隔热以及保温节能方面的性能有较高的要求，因此，本实用新型内玻璃层采用至少两层玻璃基片且相邻两玻璃基片之间设有防火胶层，以达到良好的防火性能，外玻璃层采用单层玻璃基片即可，而内、外玻璃层之间设置支撑框架形成的中空层，进一步提升了防火玻璃的隔热效果，有利于节能降耗。本实用新型的结构针对性强，结构简单，经济适用，且能同时满足低楼层防火玻璃防火、隔热、节能的性能要求。

参照图1，一种低楼层用防火玻璃，包括内玻璃层1、中空层2和外玻璃层3，所述内玻璃层1包括至少两层玻璃基片11，相邻的所述玻璃基片11之间设有透明防火胶层12，所述外玻璃层3为单层玻璃基片，所述内、外玻璃层的边缘之间粘结有胶条4形成的支撑框架，与所述内、外玻璃层的内表面形成密闭容腔即中空层2。内玻璃层1的层数设置越多，其强度和防火性能就越好。可以根据环境的防火要求高低进行设置。外玻璃层3可以使用浮法玻璃、钢化玻璃或Low-e玻璃等玻璃，对于低楼层来说，能达到良好的抗冲击效果。
由于低楼层所使用的防火玻璃对于抗台风等冲击性能的要求不高，但对于防火隔热以及保温节能方面的性能有较高的要求，因此，本实用新型的用防火玻璃内玻璃层1采用至少两层玻璃基片，且相邻两玻璃基片之间设有防火胶层，以达到良好的防火性能，外玻璃层3采用单层玻璃，满足低楼层外墙抗普通冲击的强度要求，内、外玻璃层之间设置支撑框架形成的中空层2，进一步提升了防火玻璃的隔热效果，有利于节能降耗。
本实用新型的结构针对性强，结构简单，经济适用，且能同时满足低楼层防火玻璃防火、隔热、节能的性能要求。

1.一种低楼层用防火玻璃，包括内玻璃层(1)、中空层(2)和外玻璃层(3)，其特征在于：所述内玻璃层(1)包括至少两层玻璃基片(11)，相邻的所述玻璃基片(11)之间设有透明防火胶层(12)，所述外玻璃层(3)为单层玻璃基片，所述内、外玻璃层(1、3)的边缘之间粘结有胶条(4)形成的支撑框架，与所述内、外玻璃层(1、3)的内表面形成密闭容腔即中空层(2)。
