背景技术
在现有技术中，有煤条机，包括底座，底座上排布有电机、减速器和壳体；壳体内有主动和从动对辊，壳体上方有进料口；壳体内的主动和从动对辊下方有皮带输送机，其缺点是主动辊、从动辊间隙固定，不能调整，无法满足生产实际需要。挤出的煤条硬度不够，不耐烧，热效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种机构合理、提高挤出煤棒性能的煤棒机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：煤棒机，包括底座，底座上排布有电机、减速器和壳体；壳体内有主动和从动对辊，壳体上方有进料口；壳体内的主动和从动对辊下方有皮带输送机。进料口上方有搅笼输送机。
本实用新型的优点是：进料口上方有搅笼输送机，通入的煤面被强制、挤压送到主动和从动对辊之间，提高挤出煤条的强度（硬度），因煤棒密实而更加耐烧，提高了热效率。同时不易折断，降低运输、搬运损失。

具体实施方式
参见图1－4，零部件名称如下：底座1，电机2，减速器3，壳体4，主动对辊5，从动对辊6，进料口7，皮带输送机8，搅笼输送机9，大齿轮10，煤棒11。
参见图1－4，煤棒机，包括底座1，底座1上排布有电机2、减速器3和壳体4；壳体4内有主动和从动对辊5、6（表面沿横向间隔排布有凸纹），壳体4上方有进料口7；壳体4内的主动和从动对辊5、6下方有皮带输送机8，进料口7上方有搅笼输送机9。
煤粉经搅笼输送机9送到主动和从动对辊5、6之间，通过时挤压出条棒型煤棒11，煤棒11遇皮带输送机8而折断并被运出。主动和从动对辊5、6挤出的煤棒11横截面为W形。
动力传动路线：电机2→减速器3→大齿轮10→主从动对辊5、6。
煤粉传动路线：煤粉→搅笼输送机9→主从动对辊5、6→煤棒11→皮带输送机8。

1.一种煤棒机，包括底座（1），底座（1）上排布有电机（2）、减速器（3）和壳体（4）；壳体（4）内有主动和从动对辊（5、6），壳体（4）上方有进料口（7）；壳体（4）内的主动和从动对辊（5、6）下方有皮带输送机（8），其特征在于进料口（7）上方有搅笼输送机（9）。
2.按照权利要求1所述的煤棒机，其特征在于主动和从动对辊（5、6）挤出的煤棒（11）横截面为W形。
