背景技术
在机械加工、机器装配过程中，经常需要进行小间距的移动来调整，通常采用人工进行操作，而且有时候需要在调整到合适位置保持一段时间，使得费时费力，而且具有一定的危险性，因此，需要设计合理的预紧结构。
实用新型内容
为了弥补现有技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种手动式预紧装置，结构设计合理，能够方便的进行调整间距，操作方便快捷，安全性高。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
手动式预紧装置，包括底板，其特征在于：所述的底板上设有滑槽，滑槽内滑动安装有滑座，滑座的下端面中部设有一体成型的齿条，所述的滑座前端面开设有与滑槽相连通的安装槽，安装槽内转动安装有与齿条相配合的齿轮，齿轮的前端面偏心安装有摇把；所述的滑座靠近右拐角转动安装有铰接杆，铰接杆中部铰接安装有拉杆，拉杆前端设有挂钩，所述的铰接杆末端为筒体状，铰接杆末端嵌插有压力杆。
所述的手动式预紧装置，其特征在于：所述的摇把的水平段上设有锁紧螺栓，锁紧螺栓前端锁紧时顶住底板的前端面。

手动式预紧装置，包括底板1，底板1上设有滑槽2，滑槽2内滑动安装有滑座3，滑座3的下端面中部设有一体成型的齿条4，滑座3前端面开设有与滑槽2相连通的安装槽5，安装槽5内转动安装有与齿条4相配合的齿轮6，齿轮6的前端面偏心安装有摇把7；滑座3靠近右拐角转动安装有铰接杆8，铰接杆8中部铰接安装有拉杆9，拉杆9前端设有挂钩10，铰接杆8末端为筒体状，铰接杆8末端嵌插有压力杆11，可以通过杠杆原理，降低人工施加的压力，节省体力。
摇把7的水平段上设有锁紧螺栓12，锁紧螺栓12前端锁紧时顶住底板1的前端面，保证调整到合适位置时，再次预紧后位置的稳定性。
本实用新型通过齿条4齿轮5啮合及铰接杆8、拉杆9、挂钩10等组件的相互配合，使得能够方便的进行调整间距，操作方便快捷，安全性高。
