为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的实施例提供一种弹性健身器，其包括：一健身器本体，所述健身器本体两端部分别形成一握持部，并在二握持部之间设有一中心圆环部，所述握持部的中央处凸设有一球状凸部，再以球状凸部为圆心在外环端穿设有握持穿槽，内环端穿设有若干穿孔。
所述健身器本体外周缘加厚具有加强凸缘。
所述握持部的球状凸部的一侧表面凸设有若干按摩凸粒，另一侧往内设有中空凹槽。
所述握持部的握持穿槽在外端部的内壁缘对应手指设有握持凹部。本实用新型的上述技术方案的有益效果如下：

如图1至图3所示，本实用新型的实施例提供一种弹性健身器，其包括一健身器本体10，所述健身器本体10两端部分别形成一握持部11，并在二握持部11之间设有一中心圆环部12，握持部11的中央处凸设有一球状凸部13，所述球状凸部13的一侧表面凸设有若干按摩凸粒131，另一侧往内设有中空凹槽132，以球状凸部13为圆心在外环端穿设有握持穿槽14，内环端穿设有若干穿孔15，握持穿槽14在外端部的内壁缘对应手指设有握持凹部141，所述健身器本体10外周缘加厚具有加强凸缘16。
请参阅第4图所示，所述健身器本体10以两端部的握持部11提供使用者的握持，通过双手向外拉伸撑张达到健身效果，当使用者将健身器本体10相对拿持于胸前时，能形成一扩胸运动、健身状态，也能配合其他运动方式改变健身器本体10的拿持位置，增添健身器本体10健身应用的适用性，且当使用者通过手指穿过握持穿槽14分别握持于握持部11时，可同时通过握持凹部141增加手指握持包覆时的稳定性，并具有人体工学效果，有效加强运动健身的效果。
请参阅第5图所示，使用者可将一手反向握持于健身器本体10其中一握持部11，并使健身器本体10贴覆于手臂外侧，通过球状凸部13抵靠于手腕处，并利用圆环部12提供手肘的穿套限制，再将另一握持部11往一侧转折拉伸，使健身器本体10被拉伸并随着手臂形成L状，使手肘可抵靠于圆环部12形成抵靠支点，借此可施力拉动健身器本体10形成手臂肌肉的训练。
