碳纤维是一种纤维状碳材料,具有耐腐蚀、抗氧化(金属容易氧化造成局部击穿)、高稳定性、寿命长(在300摄氏度下普遍能够达到稳定工作100000小时的时间)等特点。其强度比钢大、密度比铝小,比不锈钢还耐腐蚀、比耐热钢还耐高温、又能像铜那样导电,是具有许多宝贵的电学、热学和力学性能的新型材料。用碳纤维与塑料制成的复合材料所做的飞机不但轻巧,而且消耗动力少,推力大,噪音小;用碳纤维制电子计算机的磁盘,能提高计算机的储存量和运算速度;用碳纤维增强塑料来制造卫星和火箭等宇宙飞行器,机械强度高,质量小,可节约大量的燃料。
在冬季,家庭或公共商场等都说设计用地暖来进行取暖,其暖源是从地下辐射出来到室内空间达到取暖的效果。电地暖是通过铺设在地下发热电缆发热来加热地面。目前,发热电缆已广泛应用于石油、化工、热电厂等工业领域及消防管道等公共领域。但是目前的碳纤维发热电缆的安全防护性能较差,一旦出现碳纤维的绝缘层破损现象,极易出现漏电现象,对碳纤维发热电缆的使用者造成一定的安全威胁。

如图1所示,一种带安全防护的碳纤维发热电缆,主要由护套1和碳纤维发热线组成,碳纤维发热线包括绝缘层2和若干碳纤维4,在护套1与碳纤维发热线的绝缘层2之间设置接地线3。如图2所示,本实用新型碳纤维发热电缆配套接头,接头主体5一侧设置若干个分接头,电源导线6和碳纤维发热电缆分别固定在接头主体5和分接头内部,每个分接头的护套1与碳纤维发热线的绝缘层2之间设置接地线3,分接头中的接地线3都与接头主体5中接地线3相连。
