技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆技术领域,特别是一种柔软型高温伴热电缆。
背景技术
随着工业化管道输送技术的发展,长距离输送原油、液化工原料和工业用水,已愈来愈普遍,同时在发电厂、煤油厂、水处理车间和食品加工部门等采用管道输送技术来代替机械运输,也愈来愈受到欢迎。而这类管道一般都在室外,当输送液体在低于一定温度时,不仅粘度较高,有时还会凝固,因此就提出了防冻保温的问题。短距离管道的防冻保温,可采用蒸汽来保护,但这种方法不仅费工、费时,而且还必须配套蒸汽锅炉,温度也难于调节控制;对长距离的管道,由于耗能过大,这种方法更行不通。在此情况下伴热电缆得到了广泛应用,而目前电伴热电缆加热温度存在很大的局限性,使用寿命低且柔软性差,施工难度大。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种耐热、耐低温性能好,柔软性高的单导柔软型高温伴热电缆。
本实用新型包括绝缘导体,在所述绝缘导体外依次设置发热体、内护套层、屏蔽层和外护套层;所述绝缘导体包括镀银铜丝,在所述镀银铜丝外包裹绝缘层。
本实用新型的绝缘层、护套层均采用陶瓷化硅橡胶,陶瓷化硅橡胶在常温下仍然保持硅橡胶的特性,在500到1300度高温烧灼下,形成坚硬形成坚硬的的陶瓷化保护层,不熔融、不滴落。
本实用新型最高工作温度为400℃ (编织材料更换后温度达650℃)。本实用新型发热功率大,一般为30-60w/m以上,且不会像蒸汽加热那样因蒸汽停止供应而发生冻结的危险,需要时打开电源即可,不需经常维护。本实用新型发热均匀,全长温差极小,耐低温(固定敷设-60℃,非固定敷设-20℃),在低温下施工不脆断,易于冬季施工和维修。
