本实用新型涉及LED照明领域，含射灯、洗墙灯、投光灯、线条灯、鱼缸灯、护栏灯等，具体涉及一种结构防水LED灯具。
背景技术
目前LED射灯、洗墙灯、投光灯、线条灯、鱼缸灯、护栏灯等灯具防水方式采用灌胶防水，受冷热影响，不可避免水雾渗透。

（一）要解决的技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构防水LED灯具，解决灌胶防水长时间受冷热影响，不可避免水雾渗透的问题。
（二）技术方案
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种结构防水LED灯具，其包括透镜（1）、灯体（2）、硅胶防水圈（3）、灯具光源模组PCBA（4）,所述硅胶防水圈（3）有两个端面，一个端面平坦，另一个端面设置有凸起部分，所述的凸起部分镶嵌在所述透镜（1）的环形凹槽里，且所述凹槽里设置有胶柱，所述胶柱与所述硅胶防水圈（3）上的孔吻合，所述透镜（1）及所述硅胶防水圈通过螺丝固定在所述灯体（2）上，形成密闭空间，所述灯具光源模组PCBA(4)被密闭在该空间内。
作为优选，所述的胶柱与所述透镜为一体成型。

本实用新型相比较于现有技术，其具有如下有益效果：
所述透镜（1）、灯体（2）与硅胶防水圈（3）组合形成密闭空间，防水等级高，属结构防水，而且结构简单，设计新颖，制造成本低，具有实用性。

如图1所示的一种结构防水LED灯具，其包括透镜（1）、灯体（2）、硅胶防水圈（3）、灯具光源模组PCBA（4）,所述硅胶防水圈（3）有两个端面，一个端面平坦，另一个端面设置有凸起部分，所述的凸起部分镶嵌在所述透镜（1）的环形凹槽里，且所述凹槽里设置有胶柱，所述胶柱与所述硅胶防水圈（3）上的孔吻合，所述透镜（1）及所述硅胶防水圈通过螺丝固定在所述灯体（2）上，形成密闭空间，所述灯具光源模组PCBA(4)被密闭在该空间内。本实用新型结构防水LED灯具，由于所述透镜（1）、灯体（2）与硅胶防水圈（3）组合形成密闭空间，防水等级高，属结构防水，而且结构简单，设计新颖，制造成本低，具有实用性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的结构防水LED灯具，其特征在于，所述的胶柱是与所述透镜（1）一体成型的。
