Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种整体透镜及应用该整体透镜的LED灯具，所述灯具包括透镜、灯体、硅胶防水圈、灯具光源模组PCBA，所述灯体正面安装所述灯具光源模组PCBA，所述透镜安装在所述灯具光源模组PCBA上，所述透镜与所述灯体之间设置了所述硅胶防水圈，所述透镜和所述硅胶防水圈通过螺丝与所述灯体固定，形成密闭空间，所述灯具光源模组被密闭在该空间内。所述透镜容纳灯珠的空间为一个相通的整体，所述空间呈长条形，能容纳多颗LED灯珠，所述灯具光源模组PCBA上的LED灯珠呈自由排列的组合。本实用新型由于将所述透镜容纳灯珠的空间设计为一个相通的长条形整体，可排列多颗灯珠，PCB设计更方便，解决了灯珠限定间距排列的缺陷，而且结构简单，设计新颖，制造成本低，具有实用性。

本实用新型涉及户外照明领域，含射灯、洗墙灯、投光灯、线条灯、鱼缸灯、护栏灯等，具体涉及一种整体透镜及应用该整体透镜的LED灯具。
背景技术
目前LED射灯、洗墙灯、投光灯、线条灯、鱼缸灯、护栏灯等灯具的透镜为单颗灯珠透镜，灯珠最多排列数量受PCB面积大小和单颗透镜大小限定。

（一）要解决的技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种光源模组上灯珠排列间距不受透镜等外部因素限定的透镜，即提供一种整体透镜。
（二）技术方案
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种应用整体透镜的LED灯具，其包括透镜（1）、灯体（2）、硅胶防水圈（3）、灯具光源模组PCBA（4），所述灯体（2）正面安装所述灯具光源模组PCBA（4），所述透镜（1）安装在所述灯具光源模组PCBA（4）上，所述透镜（1）与所述灯体（2）之间设置了所述硅胶防水圈（3），所述透镜（1）和所述硅胶防水圈通过螺丝与所述灯体（2）固定，形成密闭空间，所述灯具光源模组被密闭在该空间里面，所述透镜（1）容纳灯珠的空间为一个相通的整体，所述空间呈长条形，所述灯具光源模组PCBA(4)上的灯珠呈自由排列的组合，灯珠间距不受所述透镜（1）的限定。
（三）有益效果
本实用新型相比较于现有技术，其具有如下有益效果：所述透镜（1）容纳灯珠的空间为一个相通的整体，所述空间呈长条形，可排列多颗灯珠，给PCB设计带来方便，解决了灯珠限定间距排列的缺陷，而且结构简单，设计新颖，制造成本低，具有实用性。

如图1所示的一种应用整体透镜的LED灯具，其包括透镜（1）、灯体（2）、硅胶防水圈（3）、灯具光源模组PCBA（4），所述灯体（2）正面安装所述灯具光源模组PCBA（4），所述透镜（1）安装在所述灯具光源模组PCBA（4）上，所述透镜（1）与所述灯体（2）之间设置了所述硅胶防水圈（3），所述透镜（1）和所述硅胶防水圈通过螺丝与所述灯体（2）固定，形成密闭空间，所述灯具光源模组被密闭在该空间里面。本实用新型所述透镜（1）容纳灯珠的空间为一个相通的整体，所述空间呈长条形，所述灯具光源模组PCBA(4)上的灯珠呈自由排列的组合，灯珠间距不受限定，而且结构简单，设计新颖，制造成本低，具有实用性。
