本实用新型涉及基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置,包括蚀刻池(1)、母液储罐(2)、电解装置(4)、再生液储罐(6)和再生子液调配罐(8),蚀刻池(1)的蚀刻液出口与母液储罐(2)的入口连通,母液储罐(2)的出口与电解装置(4)的入口连通,电解装置(4)的出口与再生液储罐(6)的入口连通,再生液储罐(6)的出口与再生子液调配罐(8)的入口连通,再生子液调配罐(8)的出口与蚀刻池(1)的蚀刻液入口连通。本实用新型的优点在于:对用后的蚀刻液进行循环,可对再生液回收利用,同时进行提铜,原理简单,操作方便;用后的蚀刻液经过提铜再生后基本上不外排,减少环境污染,降低污水处理成本。

本实用新型涉及电路板生产设备,特别是基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置。
背景技术
电路板即印制电路板,又称印刷电路板,是电子元器件电气连接的提供者,采用电路板的主要优点是大大减少布线和装配的差错,提高了自动化水平和生产劳动率。电路板以绝缘板为基材,切成一定尺寸,其上至少附有一个导电图形,并布有孔(如元件孔、紧固孔、金属化孔等),用来代替以往装置电子元器件的底盘,并实现电子元器件之间的相互连接。
随着科学技术的提高,电子设备迅速发展,它已融入进我们的生活中,特别是手机的普片使用。电子设备的增多,必然的也就需要大量的电路板,这对生产电路板的企业来说,是一个良好的机遇,但是行业竞争压力也就随着增大。
在电路板蚀刻过程中,蚀刻液中的铜含量逐渐增加,蚀刻液要达到最佳蚀刻效果,每公升蚀刻液需含120-180克铜基相应分离的蚀刻盐和氨水,要持续蚀刻液中上述各种成分的浓处于最佳水平,蚀刻用过后的溶液需不断由添加的药剂所取缔,而用后的蚀刻液中则进行外排,在外排前需要对用后的蚀刻液进行污水处理,减少环境污染,但需要耗费一定成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种可降低污水处理成本、再生液可回收利用的基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置,包括蚀刻池、母液储罐、电解装置、再生液储罐和再生子液调配罐,蚀刻池的蚀刻液出口与母液储罐的入口连通,母液储罐的出口与电解装置的入口连通,母液储罐与电解装置之间的管路上设置有提升泵A,电解装置的出口与再生液储罐的入口连通,电解装置与再生液储罐之间的管路上设置有提升泵B,再生液储罐的出口与再生子液调配罐的入口连通,再生液储罐与再生子液调配罐之间的管路上设置有提升泵C,再生子液调配罐的出口与蚀刻池的蚀刻液入口连通,再生子液调配罐与蚀刻池之间的管路上设置有提升泵D。
所述的电解装置包括电解槽、阳极和阴极,电解槽上分别设置出口和入口,阳极和阴极为板式结构,阳极和阴极相互平行且间隔均匀地设置于电解槽内,阳极与直流电源的正极连接,阴极与直流电源的负极连接。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、将用后的蚀刻液存入母液储罐,再泵入电解槽中进行电解,析出铜,得到再生液,并泵入再生液储罐,最后泵入再生子液调配罐,进行所需蚀刻液成分配制,再运用到蚀刻池中,形成循环,可对再生液回收利用,同时进行提铜,原理简单,操作方便。
2、用后的蚀刻液经过提铜再生后基本上不外排,减少环境污染,降低污水处理成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述,但本实用新型的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置,包括蚀刻池1、母液储罐2、电解装置4、再生液储罐6和再生子液调配罐8,蚀刻池1的蚀刻液出口与母液储罐2的入口连通,母液储罐2的出口与电解装置4的入口连通,母液储罐2与电解装置4之间的管路上设置有提升泵A3,电解装置4的出口与再生液储罐6的入口连通,电解装置4与再生液储罐6之间的管路上设置有提升泵B5,再生液储罐6的出口与再生子液调配罐8的入口连通,再生液储罐6与再生子液调配罐8之间的管路上设置有提升泵C7,再生子液调配罐8的出口与蚀刻池1的蚀刻液入口连通,再生子液调配罐8与蚀刻池1之间的管路上设置有提升泵D9。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述的电解装置4包括电解槽10、阳极11和阴极12,电解槽10上分别设置出口和入口,阳极11和阴极12为板式结构,阳极11和阴极12相互平行且间隔均匀地设置于电解槽10内,阳极11与直流电源的正极连接,阴极12与直流电源的负极连接。
电解装置4的工作原理如下:电解槽10内阳极11和阴极12通电后,蚀刻液中的铜离子向阴极11移动,到达阴极11后获得电子而在阴极11上析出铜。

1.基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置,其特征在于:包括蚀刻池(1)、母液储罐(2)、电解装置(4)、再生液储罐(6)和再生子液调配罐(8),蚀刻池(1)的蚀刻液出口与母液储罐(2)的入口连通,母液储罐(2)的出口与电解装置(4)的入口连通,母液储罐(2)与电解装置(4)之间的管路上设置有提升泵A(3),电解装置(4)的出口与再生液储罐(6)的入口连通,电解装置(4)与再生液储罐(6)之间的管路上设置有提升泵B(5),再生液储罐(6)的出口与再生子液调配罐(8)的入口连通,再生液储罐(6)与再生子液调配罐(8)之间的管路上设置有提升泵C(7),再生子液调配罐(8)的出口与蚀刻池(1)的蚀刻液入口连通,再生子液调配罐(8)与蚀刻池(1)之间的管路上设置有提升泵D(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于电路板蚀刻工段的铜粉回收装置,其特征在于:所述的电解装置(4)包括电解槽(10)、阳极(11)和阴极(12),电解槽(10)上分别设置出口和入口,阳极(11)和阴极(12)为板式结构,阳极(11)和阴极(12)相互平行且间隔均匀地设置于电解槽(10)内,阳极(11)与直流电源的正极连接,阴极(12)与直流电源的负极连接。
