背景技术
铅酸蓄电池是将正、负极板交错叠放排列在电池盒内,充入电池盒的电解液与正、负极板上的铅进行化学反应放电,多块极板按照正、负分别连接于正极群板和负极群板,所述正极群板和负极群板上分别设有极柱,正、负极板之间还设有隔板以防直接接触形成短路,这种极板、极群板、极柱和隔板的组合称为极群组。目前的极群组普遍采用套式隔板,将正极板或负极板套住即可实现正、负极板的隔离,这种套式隔板的工作量大,使用不便,而且工人在长时间机械重复劳动下,容易误将一个极群组中的本应该套隔板的极板空置,相邻的正负极板短路,导致整个极群组短路,蓄电池一旦充电就会烧毁。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种铅酸蓄电池的极群组,可以解决现有铅酸蓄电池极群组采用套式隔板,导致工作量大、使用不便,而且容易失误导致极板短路,蓄电池充电烧毁的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种铅酸蓄电池的极群组,包括正、负交替排列的多块极板,所述多块极板按照正、负分别连接于正极群板和负极群板,所述正极群板和负极群板上分别设有极柱,还包括波浪形的隔板,相邻的两块极板其中一块被波峰所覆盖,另一块则落在波谷中。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述隔板为整体式结构,其宽度略大于极板的高度。
本实用新型的进一步方案是,所述隔板由PE树脂制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点在于:
采用波浪形的隔板,只需每放一块极板,在其表面铺一层隔板,劳动强度低,使用方便,而且新极板必须放在隔板上,一目了然,不容易出错,有效防止蓄电池短路充电烧毁。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池的极群组,包括正、负交替排列的多块极板(1),所述多块极板(1)按照正、负分别连接于正极群板(2)和负极群板(5),所述正极群板(2)和负极群板(5)上分别设有极柱(3),其特征在于:还包括波浪形的隔板(4),相邻的两块极板(1)其中一块被波峰所覆盖,另一块则落在波谷中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铅酸蓄电池的极群组,其特征在于:所述隔板(4)为整体式结构,其宽度略大于极板(1)的高度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种铅酸蓄电池的极群组,其特征在于:所述隔板(4)由PE树脂制成。
