本实用新型涉及分析仪器附件领域，特别涉及一种压片机模具的压杆装置。
背景技术
压片机是红外光谱分析试验的重要装置之一。对于固体颗粒或者粉末样品，试验前需要先将其压制成透明圆片，一般多使用HF-2型粉末压片机。压片前需要组装模具，先将压杆插入模套，在压杆的合适位置套上橡筋圈，以固定压杆和模套的相对位置，再将上压头、样品、下压头依次放入模套，最后使模座和模套组合到一起。
现有仪器存在固定压杆和模套相对位置的橡筋圈用久后弹性变差，易老化破损等缺陷，并且每次组装均需凭借经验去选择橡筋圈在压杆上的位置，对人员技术要求较高，实际操作不方便，压片效率低。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种压片机模具的压杆装置，可应用于分析仪器附件领域。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种压片机模具的压杆装置，包括圆柱体压杆和圆柱体杆帽两段，其特征在于圆柱体压杆和圆柱体杆帽为同轴无缝连接。进一步的设置在于：
所述圆柱体压杆，其直径为13mm，长度为24mm。
所述圆柱体杆帽，其直径为20mm，长度为15mm。
本实用新型在实际工作中，可简单、方便地与压片机模具的其他配件组合到一起使用，可操作性好。
有益效果
相比现有技术，本实用新型的有益效果为：
(1)本实用新型克服了使用橡筋圈手动调节压杆和模套相对位置的缺点，根据上、下压头的厚度和样品的厚度以及模套的高度设计好压杆装置杆部的长度，使用过程中，直接将压杆插进模套即可使用，简单方便。
(2)本实用新型对模具的使用效果极佳，压杆头部的圆柱形杆帽直径大于压杆直径的设计理念，增大了使用过程中的受力面积，能大幅降低由于压杆变形而损伤模套的风险，延长了模具的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1为本实用新型的实施例。一种压片机模具的压杆装置，其压杆段12直接插入模套2中，压杆杆帽段11抵住模套2，然后依次在模套2中放入上压头4、样品6、下压头5，然后再将模座3扣在模套上，翻转180度，放在压片机上进行压片即可。

1.一种压片机模具的压杆装置，包括圆柱体压杆和圆柱体杆帽两段，其特征在于圆柱体压杆和圆柱体杆帽为同轴无缝连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片机模具的压杆装置，其特征在于所述的圆柱体压杆的直径为13mm，长度为24mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片机模具的压杆装置，其特征在于所述的圆柱体杆帽的直径为20mm，长度为15mm。
