为达到上述目的，本实用新型是按照以下技术方案实施的：
本实用新型包括PVC复合防水层、金属卡箍和橡胶防水层，所述PVC复合防水层设置于墙体与管体之间的之间的夹角处，所述金属卡箍套装于所述PVC复合防水层的外围，所述橡胶防水层设置于所述金属卡箍的外层并将所述金属卡箍包覆于所述PVC复合防水层与所述橡胶防水层之间。
进一步，为增强整个结构的防水效果，所述墙体的下表面还贴覆有防水膜。

本实用新型使用时，采用PVC复合防水层4密封后使用金属卡箍3加固，再采用橡胶防水层4密封，在墙体5的下表面还贴覆有防水膜6，由此来提高密封性能。
