现有的缸内直喷高压燃油泵的电磁阀,包括有阀体、线圈绕组、阀座、阀杆、阀芯、密封片以及用于复位阀杆的复位弹簧,所述的线圈绕组内设有定铁芯,所述的密封片套设在阀杆下端,阀芯套设在阀杆上端,阀芯与阀杆过盈配合,定铁芯位于阀芯上端,阀座上设有进油孔、出油孔,进油孔、出油孔之间设有连接孔,密封片位于连接孔的下方,所述的连接孔内壁上设有用于与密封片形成密封的密封平面,通电时,定铁芯产生吸引力将阀芯向上拉动,从而带动阀杆、密封片向上运动,当密封片与密封平面密封时,电磁阀关闭,断电时,在复位弹簧作用下,将阀杆复位。
但是,这种结构的缸内直喷高压燃油泵的电磁阀,对于密封片表面平整度要求高,使得其加工麻烦,废品率高,而且,在将密封片与阀杆安装时,需要密封片不能产生倾斜,对其安装要求高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种用于缸内直喷高压燃油泵的电磁阀,其加工简单,钢球与密封面能很好的形成密封,安装方便。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种用于缸内直喷高压燃油泵的电磁阀,包括有阀体、线圈绕组、阀座、阀杆、阀芯以及用于复位阀杆的复位弹簧,所述的线圈绕组内设有定铁芯,阀芯上设有定位孔,阀杆上端插设在定位孔内,阀芯与阀杆联动配合,定铁芯位于阀芯上端,阀座上设有进油孔、出油孔,进油孔、出油孔之间设有连接孔,其特征在于:所述的阀杆下方还设有钢球,所述的钢球与阀座底部之间设有压缩弹簧,钢球经压缩弹簧压设在阀杆下端面上,所述的连接孔下端内壁上设有与钢球外壁相匹配的密封面。
采用上述技术方案,通过设置的钢球,只需要将钢球直接放置在压缩弹簧上,然后在将阀杆的下端抵在钢球上即可,无论钢球如何放置,其均可以与连接孔的密封面形成密封,这样使得其安装十分方便,在工作时,即使钢球产生一定的转动也能很好地与密封面形成密封;而且,钢球的加工更加简单,生产效率高。
本实用新型的进一步设置:所述的阀体上设有导向套,所述的阀杆、阀芯均位于导向套内侧,所述的导向套的内径与阀芯的外径相匹配。
采用上述进一步设置,设置的导向套可以使得阀芯在升降时,不会产生位置偏移,从而使得阀杆升降时不会产生位置偏移,保证电磁阀的开、闭更加稳定,精度更高。
本实用新型的再进一步设置:所述的阀杆上设有定位片、支撑片,所述的定位片与导向套的内壁过盈配合,定位片与阀杆滑移配合,所述的支撑片与导向套的内壁间隙配合,支撑片与阀杆联动配合,所述的复位弹簧套设在阀杆上,复位弹簧两端分别与定位片、支撑片抵触。
采用上述再进一步设置,定位片与导向套的内壁过盈配合,因此,定位片在阀杆升降时其不会随之运动,在阀杆上升时,支撑片随之运动,复位弹簧压缩,在电磁阀断电时,复位弹簧将阀杆复位,这种复位弹簧设置方式,结构简单,安装方便。
本实用新型的更进一步设置:所述的阀杆与定位孔之间间隙配合,阀芯的上、下两端与阀杆焊接固定。
采用上述更进一步设置,安装时,可以先将阀杆直接插入阀芯上的定位孔内,然后,再将阀杆与阀芯焊接即可,其使得阀芯与阀杆安装方便,定位牢靠,电磁阀开闭精度高。

如图1、2所示,一种用于缸内直喷高压燃油泵的电磁阀,包括有阀体1、线圈绕组2、阀座3、阀杆4、阀芯5以及用于复位阀杆4的复位弹簧6,所述的线圈绕组2内设有定铁芯7,阀芯5上设有定位孔51,阀杆4上端插设在定位孔51内,阀芯5与阀杆4联动配合,定铁芯位于阀芯5上端,阀座3上设有进油孔31、出油孔32,进油孔31、出油孔32之间设有连接孔33,所述的阀杆4下方还设有钢球8,所述的钢球8与阀座3底部之间设有压缩弹簧9,钢球8经压缩弹簧9压设在阀杆4下端面上,所述的连接孔33下端内壁上设有与钢球8外壁相匹配的密封面331。通过设置的钢球8,只需要将钢球8直接放置在压缩弹簧9上,然后在将阀杆4的下端抵在钢球8上即可,无论钢球8如何放置,其均可以与连接孔的密封面331形成密封,这样使得其安装十分方便,在工作时,即使钢球8产生一定的转动也能很好地与密封面形成密封;而且,钢球8的加工更加简单,生产效率高。
本实用新型具体实施例中,所述的阀体1上设有导向套10,所述的阀杆4、阀芯5均位于导向套10内侧,所述的导向套10的内径与阀芯5的外径相匹配,设置的导向套10可以使得阀芯5在升降时,不会产生位置偏移,从而使得阀杆4升降时不会产生位置偏移,保证电磁阀的开、闭更加稳定,精度更高。
本实用新型具体实施例中,所述的阀杆4上设有定位片11、支撑片12,所述的定位片11与导向套10的内壁过盈配合,定位片11与阀杆4滑移配合,所述的支撑片12与导向套10的内壁间隙配合,支撑片12与阀杆4联动配合,所述的复位弹簧6套设在阀杆4上,复位弹簧6两端分别与定位片11、支撑片12抵触。定位片11与导向套10的内壁过盈配合,因此,定位片11在阀杆4升降时其不会随之运动,在阀杆4上升时,支撑片12随之运动,复位弹簧6压缩,在电磁阀断电时,复位弹簧6将阀杆4复位,这种复位弹簧6设置方式,结构简单,安装方便。
本实用新型具体实施例中,所述的阀杆4与定位孔51之间间隙配合,阀芯5的上、下两端与阀杆4焊接固定。安装时,可以先将阀杆4直接插入阀芯5上的定位孔51内,然后,再将阀杆4与阀芯5焊接即可,其使得阀芯5与阀杆4安装方便,定位牢靠,电磁阀开闭精度高。
