羊膜裁切装置
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及医用器具领域，具体涉及一种在眼科应用中快速裁切羊膜的羊膜裁切装置。
【背景技术】
羊膜是胎盘的最内层，与人眼结膜组织结构相似，含有眼表上皮细胞，包括结膜细胞和角膜上皮细胞生长所需要的物质，其光滑、无血管、神经及淋巴，具有一定的弹性。
羊膜广泛应用于临床眼科中，治疗各类眼表疾病,如持续性角膜上皮缺损、化学性碱烧伤、顽固性角膜溃疡、复发性翼状胬肉、结膜囊畸形等眼表疾病。传统裁切羊膜的方式仍为手工裁剪，由于羊膜的延展性强，给手工裁剪带来一定的难度，尺寸误差大，特别是在批量裁剪，手工裁剪起来工作量非常大。另外应用于青光眼手术的羊膜，规格通常都比较小，长度宽度一般均在3～8mm范围内，于是将一张较大面积羊膜快速批量裁切为小规格以方便临床使用是目前急需解决的问题。目前手工操作利用普通刀具对所取得的一张羊膜进行裁切，至少需要1～2小时才能裁切完成。
目前国内仍未有解决上述问题的方法，如中国专利申请号为200520010477.4的中国实用新型专利公开了一种羊膜环切刀，方便预制适用于临床需要的羊膜，但仍为单片裁切。公开号为CN201182681Y的中国专利申请公开了一种多用途羊膜裁切尺，用于临床上裁切各种形状的羊膜，但其亦为10片以下的裁切，且不能一次即将多片裁切完成，需单片裁切，仍无法满足批量裁切较小规格的需求。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于针对以上所述现有技术存在的不足，提供一种可迅速将羊膜批量裁切成所需规格及大小，大大减少羊膜裁切所需操作时间的羊膜裁切装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：羊膜裁切装置，包括平板载体和裁刀，若干所述裁刀排列固定在所述平板载体一侧表面上。
所述平板载体的边长尺寸为20～30cm，厚度为2～10mm。
相邻所述裁刀之间间距为0.1～0.5mm。
所述裁刀的边长为3～10mm，厚度为0.1～0.5mm。
所述平板载体和裁刀材质均为不锈钢。
所述裁刀的刀口形状可为正方形、三角形、圆形、梯形或矩形。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益技术效果是：通过多个均匀排列的微型裁刀冲压裁切羊膜，可迅速将羊膜批量裁切为所需规格及大小，大大减少羊膜裁切所需操作时间；裁切得到羊膜也适用于临床手术需求，满足产业化规模化生产的需求。

羊膜裁切装置，如图1-3所示，包括平板载体1和裁刀2，若干所述裁刀2排列固定在所述平板载体1一侧表面上。所述平板载体1的边长尺寸为20～30cm，厚度为2～10mm。相邻所述裁刀2之间的最小间距为0.1～0.5mm。所述裁刀2的边长为3～10mm，厚度为0.1～0.5mm。优选的，所述平板载体1的边长尺寸为24～26cm，厚度为5～6mm。相邻所述裁刀2之间的最小间距为0.2～0.4mm。所述裁刀2的边长为4～8mm，厚度为0.2～0.3mm。最优的，所述平板载体1的边长尺寸为25cm，厚度为6mm。相邻所述裁刀2之间的最小间距为0.2mm。所述裁刀2的边长为6mm，厚度为0.2mm。上述尺寸在裁切时最节省，且能符合手术的各种要求。所述平板载体1和裁刀2材质均为不锈钢。所述裁刀的刀口形状可为正方形、三角形、圆形、梯形或矩形。
本实用新型的使用方法是通过多个均匀排列的小型裁刀冲压裁切羊膜，可迅速将羊膜批量裁切为所需规格及大小，大大减少羊膜裁切所需操作时间，在1～3分钟内将一张羊膜裁切为临床适用规格及大小的羊膜，操作快速，裁切得到羊膜也适用于临床手术需求，满足产业化规模化生产的需求。
