隔爆箱是用于隔离爆炸破坏的箱体,现有的隔爆箱都是通过高强度的外壳进行隔爆,用于电池隔爆时,存在两方面的问题,一是重量大,搬运携带不便,二是散热效果差,电池温升快。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种重量小且散热快的电池隔爆箱。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电池隔爆箱,隔爆箱的外壳是由管束围成,管束外周由钢架固定。
所述管束可以是圆形或椭圆形的管束,优选椭圆形的管束。
为了提高散热效果,所述管束的材料优选铝或黄铜,最优选黄铜。
本发明电池隔爆箱的外壳是由管束围成,管束外周由钢架固定,管束通过径向变形可有效吸收电池爆炸产生的冲击,并不需要很高的强度就可隔离爆炸产生的冲击,与现有隔爆箱相比,可减小隔爆箱外壳壁厚,减轻重量的同时提高传热效率,另外,管束结构可有效增加散热面积,与现有隔爆箱相比,散热更快。
