Abstract
船用消防灭火箱，包括灭火箱箱体，所述灭火箱箱体包括顶板、底板、两侧板、前板和背板，顶板的后侧与背板铰接，前板包括上部板和下部板，下部板与两侧板和底板固定，上部板的底部与下部板的顶部铰接，灭火箱箱体内设有支架，支架上设有两组限位灭火器的卡圈，每组卡圈为两个，一个位于支架上部，另一个位于支架下部；所述卡圈的内侧壁设有橡胶环；由于所述灭火箱箱体内设有支架，支架上设有两个限位灭火器的卡圈，这样灭火器能嵌入在卡圈内，在船窗体摇晃时避免使灭火器与灭火箱的内壁碰撞、防止灭火器因长期碰撞而失效、消除安全隐患。

技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及船用消防灭火箱。
背景技术
灭火器箱是专门用于长期固定存放手提式灭火器的箱体，按放置形式，可分为置地型和嵌墙型两种；按开启方式可分为开门式和翻盖式两种；灭火器箱体应使用薄钢板、铝合金等金属材料制造；箱门可选用金属或非金属材料；当箱门采用玻璃时，应使用厚度不小于3 mm的平板玻璃。灭火器箱体应端正，不应有歪斜、翘曲等变形现象。置地型应能平稳安放，不应有倾斜摇晃。灭火器箱体焊接或铆接应牢固，不应有烧穿、焊瘤、毛刺和铆印等缺陷。箱体表面应作防腐处理，涂层应光滑平整。箱门、箱盖开启操作应轻便灵活，无卡阻现象。
目前的船用消防灭火箱存在以下缺点：由于灭火器放入灭火箱后可能跟随船体的摇动而摇动，而灭火箱内没有设其他装置或者结构，这样会使灭火器与灭火箱的内壁碰撞，可能会使灭火器因长期碰撞而失效，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就，是提供一种在船窗体摇晃时避免使灭火器与灭火箱的内壁碰撞、防止灭火器因长期碰撞而失效、消除存在安全隐患的船用消防灭火箱。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案的船用消防灭火箱，包括灭火箱箱体，所述灭火箱箱体包括顶板、底板、两侧板、前板和背板，顶板的后侧与背板铰接，前板包括上部板和下部板，下部板与两侧板和底板固定，上部板的底部与下部板的顶部铰接，灭火箱箱体内设有支架，支架上设有两组限位灭火器的卡圈，每组卡圈为两个，一个位于支架上部，另一个位于支架下部。
所述卡圈的内侧壁设有橡胶环。
采用以上结构后，本实用新型专利与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：由于所述灭火箱箱体内设有支架，支架上设有两个限位灭火器的卡圈，这样灭火器能嵌入在卡圈内，在船窗体摇晃时避免使灭火器与灭火箱的内壁碰撞、防止灭火器因长期碰撞而失效、消除安全隐患。
作为改进，所述卡圈的内侧壁设有橡胶环，避免损坏灭火器的外侧壁。

船用消防灭火箱，包括灭火箱箱体1，所述灭火箱箱体1包括顶板1.1、底板、两侧板、前板1.2和背板1.3，顶板1.1的后侧与背板1.3铰接，前板1.2包括上部板1.2.1和下部板1.2.2，下部板1.2.2与两侧板和底板固定，上部板1.2.1的底部与下部板1.2.2的顶部铰接，灭火箱箱体1内设有支架2，支架2上设有两个限位灭火器的卡圈2.1。由于灭火箱箱体1内设有支架2，支架2上设有两组限位灭火器的卡圈2.1，每组卡圈2.1为两个，一个位于支架2上部，另一个位于支架2下部。这样灭火器能嵌入在卡圈2.1内，在船窗体摇晃时避免使灭火器与灭火箱的内壁碰撞、防止灭火器因长期碰撞而失效、消除存在安全隐患。
所述卡圈2.1的内侧壁设有橡胶环。

1.船用消防灭火箱，其特征在于：包括灭火箱箱体（1），所述灭火箱箱体（1）包括顶板（1.1）、底板、两侧板、前板（1.2）和背板（1.3），顶板（1.1）的后侧与背板（1.3）铰接，前板（1.2）包括上部板（1.2.1）和下部板（1.2.2），下部板（1.2.2）与两侧板和底板固定，上部板（1.2.1）的底部与下部板（1.2.2）的顶部铰接；灭火箱箱体（1）内设有支架（2），支架（2）上设有两组限位灭火器的卡圈（2.1），每组卡圈（2.1）为两个，一个位于支架（2）上部，另一个位于支架（2）下部。
