背景技术
目前国内铅酸蓄电池厂家涂板工序都是湿板经涂板机涂膏后,经过淋酸再进入表面快速干燥窑烘干表面,在淋酸时要经过淋酸压辊,湿板会被上下两层压辊挤压,挤掉部分铅膏,使其重量发生变化且难以控制,从而对极板后期配组及电池的一致性造成影响。

为了解决以上问题,本实用新型提供了一种可根据极板型号调节压力的淋酸压辊系统。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种可根据极板型号调节压力的淋酸压辊系统,所述淋酸压辊系统设于涂板机与表面干燥窑之间,包括湿板经过的淋酸压辊和与淋酸压辊连接的弹簧,所述弹簧上方设置压力表,所述弹簧上方设有弹簧固定螺母,所述弹簧固定螺母带有固定螺丝。
所述湿板的方向为从涂板机到淋酸压辊再到表面干燥窑。
本实用新型的优点是:可根据极板型号调节,能够保证湿板经过压辊后重量变化基本一致,从而提高后期极板配组率及电池一致性。
