Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种接线端子,包括中空的主体,主体的一端开口,主体的另一端封闭,主体的内腔与电线相适配,主体上设有能够被夹压变形的第一压封部,该第一压封部靠近开口处,主体的内壁上设有防水层。所述主体的内腔包括连通的第一内腔和第二内腔,第一内腔靠近所述开口,第一内腔与电线相适配,第二内腔的圆径小于或等于第一内腔的圆径,第一内腔与所述第一压封部相对应。它具有能够防水、快速安装的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种接线端子。
背景技术
目前,接线端子广泛应用于电子产品中,用于使两个系统(设备或电器)的线路连接在一起或者线路分线,以调整各线路的出线方向,例如,在安装多盏LED射灯、筒灯时,就要把一条电线总线每相隔一段距离分出支线通过接线端子与一盏灯连接以及与总线做并接。传统的接线端子主要用在系统(设备或电器)的内部,无防水性能,或防水性能太差,而且易脱落。
发明内容
基于此,本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能够防水、快速安装的接线端子。
其技术方案如下:
一种接线端子,包括中空的主体,主体的一端开口,主体的另一端封闭,主体的内腔与电线相适配,主体上设有能够被夹压变形的第一压封部,该第一压封部靠近开口处,主体的内壁上设有防水层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主体的内腔包括连通的第一内腔和第二内腔,第一内腔靠近所述开口,第一内腔与电线相适配,第二内腔的圆径小于或等于第一内腔的圆径,第一内腔与所述第一压封部相对应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主体上还设有第二压封部,第二压封部与所述第二内腔相对应。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二压封部与所述主体一体成型。
在其中一个实施例中,所述防水层为硅凝胶层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一压封部与所述主体一体成型。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述接线端子中,第一压封部被夹压变形后,内部的防水层能够紧紧地包裹住电线,防止水、尘进入。本接线端子具有快速安装、防水的特点。

具体实施方式
下面对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1所示,为一种接线端子1,包括中空的主体,主体的一端开口,主体的另一端封闭,主体的内腔与电线2相适配,主体上设有能够被夹压变形的第一压封部13,该第一压封部13靠近开口处,主体的内壁上设有防水层15。将电线2塞进主体的内腔后,采用工具(如钳子)夹压第一压封部13,便可使本接线端子1固定在电线2上,另外,第一压封部13被夹压变形后,内部的防水层15能够紧紧地包裹住电线2,防止水、尘进入。本接线端子1具有快速安装、防水的特点。
本实施例中,主体的内腔包括连通的第一内腔11和第二内腔12,第一内腔11靠近开口,第一内腔11与电线2相适配,第二内腔12的圆径小于或等于第一内腔11的圆径,第一内腔11与第一压封部13相对应,第一压封部与主体一体成型;主体上还设有第二压封部14,第二压封部14与第二内腔12相对应,第二压封部也与主体一体成型。通过第二压封部14能够加强固定效果,防止脱落,如图2、3所示。另外,防水层15为硅凝胶层,具有良好的弹性及防水效果。
如图4所示,为本接线端子1在灯具3安装中的应用,电线一21与电线二22连接后塞入本接线端子1中,通过工具(如钳子)夹压第一压封部13和第二压封部14即可,便能够使本接线端子1牢牢地固定在该电线一21与电线二22的连接处,并进行防水保护。即使墙面渗出水来,水沿着电线流入灯体内,但因本接线端子1的保护,水不能进入到本接线端子1内而影响到内部的电线。

1.一种接线端子,其特征在于,包括中空的主体,主体的一端开口,主体的另一端封闭,主体的内腔与电线相适配,主体上设有能够被夹压变形的第一压封部,该第一压封部靠近开口处,主体的内壁上设有防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接线端子,其特征在于,所述主体的内腔包括连通的第一内腔和第二内腔,第一内腔靠近所述开口,第一内腔与电线相适配,第二内腔的圆径小于或等于第一内腔的圆径,第一内腔与所述第一压封部相对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的接线端子,其特征在于,所述主体上还设有第二压封部,第二压封部与所述第二内腔相对应。
4.根据权利要求3所述的接线端子,其特征在于,所述第二压封部与所述主体一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的接线端子,其特征在于,所述防水层为硅凝胶层。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的接线端子,其特征在于,所述第一压封部与所述主体一体成型。
