如图1所示，现有一种立式吊卡，其包括第一力臂01和第二力臂02；第一力臂01的中部与第二力臂02的中部之间通过销轴03转动连接；第一力臂01的下端靠近第二力臂02的一侧设有右夹紧凸起011，第二力臂02的下端靠近第一力臂01的一侧设有左夹紧凸起021；现有立式吊卡结构简单，不具有锁紧功能，使用不方便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型立式吊卡，解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种新型立式吊卡，其包括第一力臂和第二力臂；第一力臂的中部设有方孔，第一力臂套在第二力臂的中部上，且第一力臂可沿着第二力臂上下滑动；第一力臂的一侧设有向下伸出的上夹紧凸起，第二力臂的下端在夹紧凸起同一侧设有向上伸出的下夹紧凸起；还包括设置在第一力臂与第二力臂之间的锁紧机构；锁紧机构包括三角板、手柄、拉力杆；三角板的上端与第二力臂的上端转动连接，三角板的下端与拉力杆的上端转动连接；拉力杆的下端与第二力臂的中部转动连接；手柄的一端与三角板固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，能够方便提起铁轨，同时具有锁紧效果。

进一步：第二力臂2的上端均设有机构22,机构22只是一个普通吊环机构，起到普通链接和传动作用。
进一步：手柄32的一端与三角板31之间通过螺钉或焊接的方式固定。
进一步：手柄32远离三角板31的一端设有防滑纹。

还包括设置在所述第一力臂(1)与所述第二力臂(2)之间的锁紧机构(3)；所述锁紧机构(3)包括三角板(31)、手柄(32)、拉力杆(33)；所述三角板(31)的上端与所述第二力臂(2)的上端转动连接，所述三角板(31)的下端与所述拉力杆(33)的上端转动连接；所述拉力杆(33)的下端与所述第二力臂(2)的中部转动连接；所述手柄(32)的一端与所述三角板(31)固定连接。
