Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于改良AO的一体化污水处理池,所述的一体化污水处理池包括依次相邻并且一体设置且通过隔墙隔开的沉淀区、厌氧除磷区、空气推流区及低氧曝气区,所述低氧曝气区与沉淀区也相邻设置;所述沉淀区与厌氧除磷区相邻端设置进水区,另一端设置有缓冲区。本实用新型的用于改良AO的一体化污水处理池,在同一污水处理池内实现了厌氧处理、好氧处理、污泥回流、泥水分离不同的功能,省去了二沉池及污泥回流泵房,使得占地面积大大减小,同时也降低了建设成本,从而降低了污水处理成本。

[0002] 随着社会的发展,水资源紧缺的问题日益严重,水将成为制约社会发展的一项重 要因素。人们也越来越重视水处理技术的开发和改进。
[0003]污水生物处理工艺是污水处理工艺中比较特殊的一种,又称为活性污泥法。活性 污泥法可W分为好氧法和厌氧法等。在好氧生物污水处理系统中,微生物利用水中的溶解 氧,氧化降解水中的有机污染物,然后进行微生物和水的分离操作,达到净化污水的目的。
[0004] A0工艺法也叫厌氧好氧工艺法,A (Anaerobic)是厌氧段,用与脱氮除磯;O(Oxic) 是好氧段,用于去除水中的有机物。

[0006]1、流程简单,勿需外加碳源与后曝气池,W原污水为碳源,建设和运行费用较低;
[0007]2、反硝化在前,硝化在后,设内循环,W原污水中的有机底物作为碳源,效果好,反 硝化反应充分;
[000引 3、曝气池在后,使反硝化残留物得W进一步去除,提高了处理水水质;
[0009]4、A段揽拌,只起使污泥悬浮,而避免DO(溶解氧)的增加。0段的前段采用强曝 气,后段减少气量,使内循环液的DO含量降低,W保证A段的缺氧状态。

[0020] S20、步骤S10中混合后的混合液进入厌氧除磯区进行反硝化和厌氧释磯反应;
[0021] S30、步骤S20中处理后的混合液进入空气推流区,在空气推流区内经过空气提 升后进入到低氧曝气区在DO(溶解氧)<0. 8mg/L条件下利用微生物对COD(化学需氧量, 下同)、氨氮、TN(总氮,下同)及TP(总磯)进行吸收及降解;低氧曝气区溶解氧控制 00<0. 8mg/l,能够同时进行硝化和反硝化作用,从而有效去除部分难降解的有机物,提高有 机物的去除效率,简化了系统脱氮的运行流程,节约了能耗,提高了脱氮效率。
[0022] S40、低氧曝气区处理后的混合液进入到沉淀区中将泥水分离,部分污泥回流至进 水区底部与进水混合,剩余污泥排出污水处理池外,上清液经沉淀区顶部排出。
[002引可选的,回流液的量与废水进水量之比在20W上,W进行大比率的循环稀释,使 得处理池进水端至出水端的有机物浓度梯度大幅度缩小,一方面,可W降低污泥的冲击负 荷,提高了系统的稳定性;另一方面,给微生物创造了相对稳定的生长环境。

[0026] 本实用新型的采用上述的用于改良A0的一体化污水处理池的污水处理方法, 由于采用所述的一体化污水处理池,因此污水处理成本低,另外,由于低氧曝气区在 D0<0.8mg/L的条件下进行曝气处理,能够同时进行硝化和反硝化作用,从而有效去除部分 难降解的有机物,提高有机物的去除效率,简化了系统脱氮的运行流程,节约了能耗,提高 了脱氮效率,同时也避免了由于硝态氮积累带来的不利影响,减少了各反应器之间的机械 设备,既实现的良好的脱氮效果,又降低了鼓风能耗,实现了节能降耗和良好处理效果的双 重效果。
