本实用新型属于细胞培养工具领域,尤其是涉及一种培养皿。
背景技术
培养皿是一种用于微生物或细胞培养的实验室器皿,传统的培养皿由一个平面圆盘状的底和一个盖组成,一般用玻璃或塑料制成。培养皿材质基本上分为两类,主要为塑料和玻璃的,塑料的可以采用聚乙烯材料,玻璃的可以用于植物材料、微生物培养和动物细胞的贴壁培养,培养皿有一次性的和多次使用的,适合实验室接种、划线、分离细菌的操作,也可以用于植物材料的培养。
传统的培养皿的皿体和皿盖是独立的两个部件,在使用时将皿盖盖在皿体开口的上方,皿盖和皿体的结合只是自然的结合,结合力非常弱,皿体和皿盖之间存在较大的空隙,由于培养皿中的空气往往需要处于无菌条件,外界的微生物可能会通过皿体和皿盖之间存在空隙进入培养皿中,进而影响培养皿中的目的生物材料的生长,并给培养结果的观察带来干扰,影响结果的准确性。
因此,对于传统的培养皿存在进一步的改进和优化需求,这也是该技术领域内的研究热点和重点之一,更是本实用新型得以完成的动力和出发点所在。

本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现,具体而言,涉及一种培养皿,由皿体和皿盖组成,所述皿体和所述皿盖均为圆形,所述皿盖由皿盖顶壁和皿盖周壁组成,所述皿盖周壁设置在所述皿盖顶壁的四周,所述皿体由皿体底壁和皿体周壁组成,所述皿盖周壁的内侧设置有挡板,所述挡板固定在所述皿盖顶壁上,所述皿盖周壁的内侧设置有凹槽,所述皿体周壁的顶端的外侧设置有与所述凹槽的大小和形状相适应的突起结构,所述突起结构卡入和退出所述凹槽,所述凹槽中固定设置有多层纱布,所述突起结构与所述纱布紧密接触。
优选的,所述纱布的层数为八层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:本实用新型在突起结构卡入凹槽时,通过突起结构与凹槽中的纱布紧密接触,使得皿盖和皿体的紧密结合,纱布在不影响空气流通的条件下,阻止空气中的微生物进入培养皿中,促进培养皿中的目的生物材料的正常生长,保证培养结果的准确性,可广泛应用于细胞培养领域。

如图1所示的涉及一种培养皿,由皿体和皿盖组成,皿体和皿盖均为圆形,皿盖由皿盖顶壁1和皿盖周壁8组成,皿盖周壁8设置在皿盖顶壁1的四周,皿体由皿体底壁2和皿体周壁3组成,皿盖周壁8的内侧设置有一圈连续的环形挡板4,环形挡板4固定在皿盖顶壁1上,皿盖周壁8的内侧设置有凹槽6,皿体周壁3的顶端的外侧设置有与凹槽6的大小和形状相适应的突起结构5,突起结构5能够卡入和退出凹槽6,凹槽6中固定设置有八层纱布7,突起结构5与纱布7紧密接触。
本实用新型在突起结构卡入凹槽时,通过突起结构与凹槽中的纱布紧密接触,使得皿盖和皿体的紧密结合,纱布在不影响空气流通的条件下,阻止空气中的微生物进入培养皿中,促进培养皿中的目的生物材料的正常生长,保证培养结果的准确性,可广泛应用于细胞培养领域。
