背景技术
碳纤维复合材料由于具有强度高、重量轻等诸多优点，用于自行车制造可大大减轻整台自行车的重量，现已在自行车行业被广泛使用，通常自行车前叉可以在360度范围内任意转动，在与某些型号的刹车配件装配作用时，会由于转动过大，造成配件与自行车架相碰撞，严重情况下还可以损伤自行车架，甚至带来严重的安全隐患。

本实用新型提供一种自行车前叉转动限位机构，包括自行车车架和自行车前叉，所述自行车车架与自行车前叉都是采用碳纤维复合材料制成的，在所述自行车车架前端设有限位销，在所述自行车前叉上开设有限位槽，所述限位销与限位槽形状、尺寸、位置完全匹配，所述自行车车架通过限位销、限位槽间配合与所述自行车前叉活动连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：通过限位销与限位槽之间的配合，非常好的限制了前叉的转动，使用更为方便，大大的降低了安全隐患，同时结构非常简单紧凑，易于实现。

请参阅图1，一种自行车前叉转动限位机构，包括自行车车架1和自行车前叉2，所述自行车车架1与自行车前叉2都是采用碳纤维复合材料制成的，在所述自行车车架1前端设有限位销3，在所述自行车前叉2上开设有限位槽4，所述限位销3与限位槽4形状、尺寸、位置完全匹配，所述自行车车架1通过限位销3、限位槽4间配合与所述自行车前叉1活动连接，在自行车装配时，限位销会落在限位槽的位置中，在自行车前叉转动时，限位槽会限制限位销的转动范围，从达限制了自行车前叉的转动角度，避免由于转动过大造成的配位与车架相撞造成的损伤危险，操作简单方便实用。
