本实用新型公开了一种新型高反射结构焊带,包括焊带本体,在焊带本体的与电池片结合面上,周期性、间隔性地分布有反射太阳光的三棱锥突点结构,三棱锥突点的间隔区域为电池片结合区域。本实用新型结构合理,与市场上的常规结构焊带相比,既可以提高组件的转化效率。有不影响焊带与电池片背面的焊接。降低组件制造厂商生产难度,减少组件因为使用结构焊带,导致电池片背面拉力太低的风险。同时可以进一步提高组件的转化效率。

本实用新型涉及一种高反射结构焊带。
背景技术
随着太阳能电池效率的提升慢慢形成瓶颈,越来越多厂商开始研发高反射的焊带。通过增加电池表面的受光面积,来提升电池的整体光转化效率;在焊带的表面形成可以反射光线的结构,成为一种方向。
但是,目前各个焊带厂商的高反射结构焊带,由于整个焊带表面的凸起结构,导致在焊接的过程中,焊带与电池片的背面难于焊接,电池片背面的拉拔力太低,影响组件的可靠性,组件在长期使用过程中存在安全风险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,既可以提高组件的转化效率,有不影响焊带与电池片背面焊接的新型高反射结构焊带。

一种新型高反射结构焊带,包括焊带本体,其特征是:在焊带本体的与电池片结合面上,周期性、间隔性地分布有反射太阳光的三棱锥突点结构,三棱锥突点的间隔区域为电池片结合区域。
