Because the door plant generally is the metalwork, adopts the panel beating shaping, and panel thickness is thinner, in order to form on the shell component with inserted sheet complex slot, need set up the lamellar structure on the mould, and the lamellar structure is out of shape, damaged easily, leads to the life-span of mould lower, more probably influences the productivity of shell component and the aspects such as stability of product size.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is an object of the present invention to overcome at least one of the above problems and to provide an improved refrigeration appliance.
In order to solve the above problem, the utility model provides a refrigeration device, include: the door plate is made of a metal sheet and provided with an opening and an inserting sheet which protrudes towards the surface of one side of the door plate along the edge of the opening; the shell element is connected to the door panel along the opening, a slot matched with the inserting sheet is formed in the shell element, and the inserting sheet is inserted into the slot; the inserting sheet comprises a sheet-shaped body and a protruding part which is formed on the body and protrudes along the thickness direction of the body.
For refrigeration appliances, the thickness of the door panel is generally small (e.g., less than one millimeter), and the tab is formed by stamping the door panel so that the tab thickness is consistent with the door panel; the housing element is typically an injection-molded part, the wall thickness typically being a few millimeters. Typically, in order to mate the slot in the shell element with the tab in the door panel, the slot in the prior art has a small width (e.g., less than one millimeter), and the slot has a length of several tens of millimeters. In the injection molding process, in order to form the slot of such a structure, a thin iron structure with a thickness of less than one millimeter needs to be formed on an injection mold. The excessively thin thickness makes the thin iron structure easily deformed and damaged, resulting in a short life of the mold, which in turn affects the productivity of the shell element and the stability of the product size.
If the thickness of the door panel is increased and the thickness of the inserting sheet is increased, the width of the slot in the shell element can be correspondingly enlarged, but the forming difficulty of the door panel is increased, and meanwhile, the price of the door panel is increased by times; if the thickness of the door plate is kept unchanged, the width of the slot in the shell element is directly increased, so that the shell element is inaccurate in positioning, the gap between the door plate and the shell element is uneven, and even the assembly cannot be carried out.
The invention adopts the mode that the inserting sheet is provided with the protruding part which protrudes and extends along the thickness direction of the inserting sheet body, so that the size of the inserting sheet in the thickness direction can be increased on the premise of keeping the thickness of the door panel unchanged according to the invention, and the width of the slot matched with the inserting sheet can be correspondingly widened, thereby possibly avoiding a thin iron structure on an injection mold and prolonging the service life of the mold.
Optionally, the protrusion extends from one end of the body away from the door panel to the other end. So as to ensure that the inserting sheet can not shake in the inserting process and ensure the installation stability.
Optionally, the protrusion is hollow. In one embodiment, the protruding portion protrudes toward one side in the thickness direction of the body; and one side of the protruding part, which is opposite to the protruding direction of the protruding part, is provided with a sunken area at the position corresponding to the protruding part. Specifically, the protrusion may be formed through a stamping process, which is simple and easy to operate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigeration device, such as a refrigerator, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, including a door panel 10 and a shell element 20 disposed on the door panel 10. Wherein fig. 2 is merely an exemplary illustration of a housing component 20, the housing component 20 is an electrical box for mounting a hidden line of a display, wherein the electrical box has a receiving slot 20a (fig. 3) for receiving an electrical component, but it is understood that the housing component 20 may have other forms or uses.
The shell element 20 is inserted in the door panel 10 by means of cooperating tab-and-slot arrangements. Specifically, the door panel 10 is provided with an opening 10a and an insert 30 projecting toward one side surface of the door panel 10 along an edge of the opening 10 a. The case member 20 is connected to the door panel 10 along the opening 10a, and the case member 20 is provided with a slot 21 engaged with the insertion piece 30, and the insertion piece 30 is inserted into the slot 21. Here, since the electrical box is generally installed from the back surface of the door panel 10, the insert 30 protrudes toward the back surface of the door panel 10 (i.e., the surface opposite to the front surface of the refrigerator). In other embodiments, when the case member is in other forms, the protruding direction of the tab should be correspondingly set according to the mounting manner of the case member, for example, may also protrude toward the front surface of the door panel (i.e., the front surface of the refrigerator).
When the electrical box is installed, referring to fig. 1, the electrical box is installed from one side of the door panel 10 along a direction close to the door panel, and the insertion sheet is inserted into the insertion slot.
Referring to fig. 4, the insert 30 includes a sheet-shaped body 31, and a protrusion 32 formed on the body 31 and protruding in a thickness direction of the body 31.
As shown in fig. 4, the protrusion 32 can increase the thickness of the insert 30, and the width of the slot 21 engaged with the insert 30 can be widened accordingly. The slot of the existing electrical box is correspondingly matched with the plug-in piece 2 in fig. 1, so the width is very small. In the embodiment, referring to fig. 5, since the thickness of the insertion sheet is increased, the width of the slot 21 can be widened correspondingly; the thickness of the door shell is not required to be increased, and the accurate positioning of the electrical box can be guaranteed.
Further, with reference to fig. 4, the protrusion 32 extends from one end of the body 31 far away from the door panel 10 to the other end, so that the insert can be stably inserted into the slot during the whole installation process, and the situation that the installation is not in place due to shaking is avoided.
The protrusion 32 may be in any form, such as solid, hollow, and may be disposed on only one side surface of the insert body 31, or both surfaces of the insert body 31.
In this embodiment, the protrusion 32 is hollow and is formed by a stamping process, i.e., the protrusion 32 is directly formed on the tab body 31 by stamping. Referring to fig. 4, the protrusion 32 protrudes toward one side in the thickness direction of the body 31, and the opposite side to the protruding direction of the protrusion 32, and the insert 30 forms a depressed area formed as a hollow portion at a position corresponding to the protrusion 32. In other embodiments, the protrusion may also be in other hollow forms, such as a hollow cylinder.
As shown in fig. 4, the two protrusions 32 are located on the same side surface of the insert body 31, and the height of the protrusions along the thickness direction of the body can be defined according to the width of the slot, so that the protrusions can be matched with the slot. In other embodiments, the slot can also be adapted by combining the protrusions of the two surfaces by also providing the protrusion form on the other side surface of the insert sheet body.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the insert body 31 is provided with a hanging lug 33, and the hanging lug 33 is located at two ends of one side of the body 31 far away from the door panel 10. Correspondingly, the two ends of the slot 21 are provided with the bosses 23 corresponding to the lugs 33, and after the inserting sheet 30 is inserted into the slot 21, the lugs 33 are hooked on the bosses 23, for example, the inserting sheet 30 can be hooked on the outer side of the bosses, so that the inserting sheet 30 can be prevented from falling off from the slot 21.
Since the electrical box contains many electrical components, it has a strict orientation when installed, and if the installation direction is incorrect, it causes difficulty in electrical connection. Therefore, a first fool-proof structure 11 (fig. 4) is protruded at the edge of the opening 10a on the door panel, and a second fool-proof structure 24 matched with the first fool-proof structure 11 is provided on the shell member 20. If the installation direction is correct, the first fool-proof structure 11 can be inserted into the second fool-proof structure 24, so that the electrical box can be installed smoothly; if the installation direction is incorrect, then because prevent unable cooperation between the slow-witted structure and will lead to the electrical apparatus box can't pack into, remind installer to adjust the installation direction.
The fool-proof structure can adopt any structures capable of being matched with each other, but at least one of the structures is provided with a protrusion, and the other structure is provided with a groove capable of being matched with the protrusion. In this embodiment, the first fool-proof structure 11 is a sheet structure protruding toward the housing element 20, and the second fool-proof structure is a slot 21 for accommodating the sheet structure.
In other embodiments, the first fool-proof structure and the second fool-proof structure can be interchanged. For example, the second fool-proof structure is a sheet structure protruding toward the door panel, and the second fool-proof structure is a slot for accommodating the sheet structure.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, as mentioned above, the housing element is not limited to the electrical box, but may be other housings mounted on the door panel in a tab-and-slot manner. For example, referring to fig. 6, the receiving groove 20a of the case member 20 may be formed to receive the operating unit and/or the display unit, and in addition, the case member 20 may be formed with a handle groove 20c, which a user can open the door by holding. Alternatively, only the handle groove may be formed in the case member. Referring to fig. 7, the case member 20 may also be an ice water dispenser case in which a dispensing chamber 20d for receiving an external container is formed. Referring to fig. 8-9, the refrigeration appliance further includes an auxiliary door 12 for closing the opening 10a, the shell member 20 is an auxiliary door frame 13 fixed to the door panel 10 to be abutted against the auxiliary door 12 when the auxiliary door 12 is closed, and the insert 30 is fitted into a slot 13a provided in the auxiliary door frame 13.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
