Fig. 1 shows a schematic partial perspective view of a refrigerator 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the refrigerator 100 has a cabinet 101 of storage compartments (not shown) and insulated doors 1, 1a, 1b to close at least a portion of the respective storage compartments.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 in conjunction with fig. 1, the door 1 includes a user interface 2. The user interface 2 includes a user interface module 21 and a front cover 22 for covering the user interface module 21. In this embodiment, the ui module 21 may include a touch element (not shown) that changes state by sensing a parameter change caused by a user touching a corresponding area of the front cover 22. It may be possible for the user interface appliance module 21 to include other forms of input means, such as voice input, gesture input, etc. The user interface 2 may also include output devices such as a display element, a lighting element, and/or an output device such as a voice.
The door 1 includes an inner liner 3, a front door panel 4 located in front of the inner liner 3, a pair of longitudinal covers 5, 5a attached to respective longitudinal sides of the inner liner 3 and the front door panel 4, and a pair of lateral covers 6, 6a attached to respective lateral edges of the inner liner 3 and the front door panel 4. These members 3 to 6a form part of the boundary wall of the heat insulating space 11 for filling the heat insulating material 10.
In assembly, a pair of longitudinal covers 5, 5a and a pair of transverse covers 6, 6a may be joined to form a frame-like structure. The front door panel 4 is fixed to the front side of the frame-shaped structure, for example, by means of an adhesive device. The front door panel 4 may be made of, for example, glass, resin, or ceramic. After the foaming process, the longitudinal covers 5, 5a, the lateral covers 6, 6a, the inner liner 3, and the front door panel 4 are fixed together in tight combination with the heat insulating material 10.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the longitudinal cover 5 includes a front plate portion 51 connected to the front door panel 4, and a side plate portion 52 extending rearward from one side of the front plate portion 51. The side plate portion 52 forms one longitudinal side of the door 1. In this embodiment, the front plate portion 51 is parallel to the front door panel 4, and is perpendicular to the side plate portion 52. The front plate portion 51 forming a part of the boundary wall of the heat insulating space 11 has a first through hole 53. The longitudinal cover 5, 5a may be an aluminum alloy extrusion.
The front door panel 4 is connected to the front plate portion 51 and has an edge notch 41 so that the front door panel 4 includes an L-shaped edge line at a side corresponding to the longitudinal cover 5. The front cover 22 is attached to a portion of the front plate portion 51 exposed by the edge notch 41 so that the front cover 22 is positioned within the edge notch 41. Preferably, the front surfaces of both the front cover 22 and the front door panel 4 are at least substantially flush.
Preferably, the shape of the edge notch 41 corresponds to the front cover 22. The front surface of the front plate portion 51 includes a first portion 511 exposed to the edge notch 41 and a remaining portion 512 other than the first portion 511, the first portion 511 is covered by the front cover 22, and the remaining portion 512 is covered by the front door panel 4.
In the present embodiment, the edge notch 41 extends to the lower end of the front door panel 4. In an alternative embodiment, it is also possible for the edge breach 41 to extend to the upper end of the front door panel 4.
The door 1 comprises a casing 7 connected to the longitudinal cover 5. The casing member 7 closes the first through hole 53 with respect to the heat insulating space 11 of the door and has a receiving portion 71 accessible through the first through hole 53 to receive the user interface appliance module 21. The case 7 may be fixed to the inside of the longitudinal cover 5 before the foaming process of the door 1, and after the foaming process is completed, the case 7 is also closely combined with the heat insulating material 10 to be pre-buried in the door 1.
The first through hole 53 and the accommodating portion 71 may be covered by the front cover 22 located in front of the front plate portion 51. The user interface appliance module 21 and the front cover 22 may be assembled to the door 1 after the foaming process of the door 1. The ui electrical module 21 may be fixed to the mounting portion 221, and may be assembled to the front cover 22 and then assembled to the door 1.
In this embodiment, the length of the front cover 22 is much greater than the length of the user interface appliance module 21. The lower end of the front cover 22 may extend to overlap with the lower lateral cover 6a of the door 1 in the front-rear direction. A part of the front cover 22 constitutes an element of the user interface 2, and the other part of the front cover 22 is installed at a position of the door 1 where the user interface electric module 21 is not installed, for example, for decoration. For example, the lower end face of the front cover 22 may be at least substantially flush with the lower end face of the door 1 or slightly extend downward beyond the lower end face of the door 1. In an alternative embodiment, it is also possible that the upper end of the front cover 22 is flush with the top surface 11 of the door 1 or extends upwardly beyond the top surface 11 of the door 1.
In order to reliably fix the front cover 22 to the door 1, the elongated front cover 22 is fixed to the door 1 by being connected to the case 7. For this purpose, the case member 7 includes a connecting portion 72 located inside the front plate portion 51 to fix the front cover 22. The connecting portion 72 may be integrally formed with the accommodating portion 71.
The connecting portion 72 extends toward the lower end of the door 1 in the length direction of the front cover 22 (in the embodiment of fig. 1, the length direction of the front cover 22 is the vertical direction of the door 1). As shown in fig. 3, one end of the connecting portion 72, which is away from the accommodating portion 71, approaches the lower end of the door 1. Therefore, the connection portion 72 is also elongated.
The front plate portion 51 includes at least one second through hole 54 (only some of which are labeled) spaced apart from the first through hole 53. The door 1 includes a fixing structure 9 passing through the second through hole 54 and fixing the front cover 22 to the connection portion 72.
The fixing structure 9 may include at least one hook 91 (only some are labeled in the figures), and the hook 91 is hooked with the connecting portion 72 or the front cover 22 through the second through hole 54.
In one embodiment, the hook 91 is integrally formed on the rear side of the front cover 22 and extends rearward. The hook 91 is hooked with the connecting part 72 through the second through hole 54.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the hooks 91 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the front cover 22. A plurality of hooks 91 are symmetrically provided on both sides of the front cover 22, thereby forming a plurality of pairs of hooks 91 connected to opposite sides of the front cover 22, and the pairs of hooks 91 are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the front cover 22. Accordingly, the front plate portion 51 has a plurality of second through holes 54, and each hook 91 is connected to the connecting portion 72 through the corresponding second through hole 54.
The lower end of the front plate 51 may be provided at the rear side thereof with a hook 91 at the middle region, and the hook 91 is hooked with the connecting portion 72 through the corresponding second through hole 54.
The connecting portion 72 may include a plurality of holes 73 (only some of which are shown) that open toward the front plate portion 51, the holes 73 being spaced apart along the length of the connecting portion 72/front cover 22. The hooks 91 project into the respective holes 73 and are hooked with the respective hooking portions 92 exposed to the holes 73.
Each hole 73 can cooperate with at least two catches 91. In the present embodiment, the holes 73 at the lower end of the connecting portion 72 are fitted with three hooks 91, and the remaining holes 73 are fitted with a corresponding pair of hooks 91. To prevent blowing agent from leaking out of the bore 73, in a preferred embodiment, the bore 73 is blind.
In addition to the fixing structure 9, the door 1 is provided with a positioning structure 8 for positioning the front cover 22 at the connecting portion 72. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the positioning structure 8 includes a positioning post 81 projecting rearward from the rear side of the front cover 22, and the connecting portion 72 includes a positioning hole 82 for receiving the positioning post 81. The locating holes 82 may be formed by rearwardly projecting hollow posts 76, wherein the locating holes 82 are preferably blind holes. The front plate 51 is provided with a through hole 83 for passing the positioning post 81, and when the front cover 22 is fixed to the door, the positioning post 81 is inserted into the positioning hole 82 after passing through the through hole 83, and the hook 91 abuts against the corresponding hooking portion 92, so that the front cover 22 is reliably fixed to the door 1.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the longitudinal cover 5 includes a rib 55 extending rearward from the rear side of the front plate portion 51 and opposed to the side plate portion 52. The case member 7 is located between the rib 55 and the side plate portion 52. The rib 55 and the side plate portion 52 form snap grooves 56, 57, respectively. The housing 7 has a plurality of catching portions 75, the accommodating portion 71 and the connecting portion 72 are each provided with the catching portion 75, and at least some of the catching portions 75 are arranged in pairs at intervals in the length direction of the housing 7. When assembled, the engaging portion 75 engages with the engaging grooves 56, 57, and the case 7 is engaged with the rib 55 and the side plate portion 52.
The various embodiments of the individual components described in connection with fig. 1 to 6 may be combined with each other in any given way to achieve the advantages of the invention. The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and other means than those shown may be used as long as the same effects can be achieved by the means.
Claims (11)
1. A door (1) for a refrigerator, characterized in that the door comprises a liner (3), a front door panel (4) opposite to the liner (3), and a door cover (5) connected to respective edges of the front door panel (4) and the liner (3), the door cover (5) comprising a front plate portion (51) connected to the front door panel (4) and a side plate portion (52) bent from the front plate portion (51) and extending rearward and connected to the liner (3), the front plate portion (51) having a first through hole (53); a case member (7) connected to an inner side of the front plate portion (51), the case member (7) having a receiving portion (71) corresponding to the first through hole (53) to receive a user interface electric appliance module (21); a heat insulating material (10) tightly combined with the inner liner (3), the front door panel (4), the door cover (5) and the shell (7); a front cover (22) for covering the user interface electrical appliance module (21); the front door panel (4) is connected to the front plate portion (51) and has an edge notch (41), and the front cover (22) is located in the edge notch (41) and connected to the front plate portion (51).
2. A door as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the front surface of the front cover (22) is at least substantially flush with the front surface of the front door panel (4).
3. The door according to claim 1, wherein the front surface of the front plate portion (51) includes a first portion (511) exposed to the edge notch (41) and a remaining portion (512) other than the first portion, the first portion (511) being covered by the front cover (22), the remaining portion (512) being covered by the front door panel (4).

The door according to claim 2, wherein the front surface of the front plate portion (51) includes a first portion (511) exposed to the edge notch (41) and a remaining portion (512) other than the first portion, the first portion (511) being covered by the front cover (22), the remaining portion (512) being covered by the front door panel (4).
5. A door as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said edge notch (41) extends to the upper or lower end of said front panel (4).
6. The door as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the front cover (22) is flush with or upwardly beyond the top surface (11) of the door; or the lower end of the front cover (22) is flush with the bottom surface (12) of the door or extends downwards beyond the bottom surface (12) of the door.
7. A door according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said casing member (7) comprises a connecting portion (72) located inside said front plate portion (51), said front plate portion (51) comprising a second through hole (54) spaced from said first through hole (53); the door includes a fixing structure (9) passing through the second through hole (54) and fixing the front cover (22) to the connecting portion (72).
8. A door as claimed in claim 7, wherein said fixing structure (9) comprises at least one hook (91) extending rearwardly from the front cover (22), said hook (91) being hooked to the connecting portion (72) through said second through hole (54).
9. The door according to claim 7, wherein the connecting portion (72) is elongated, the connecting portion (72) extending from the receiving portion (71) toward one end of the door (1).
10. A door as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the door cover (5) comprises a rib (55) opposite said side panel portion (52), said shell member (7) being located between said rib (55) and said side panel portion (52) and being snap-connected to said rib (55) and said side panel portion (52).
11. A refrigerator (100) comprising a door as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
