    本实用新型属于油井钻采设备,具体涉及一种整体式采油气树。
背景技术
目前,公知的采油气树为四通、阀门、节流阀、压力仪表通过螺栓连接的分体式结构,这种采油气树在海上平台和页岩气开发中占用空间大、密封性能差,但对于海上井口平台和页岩气压裂开采总是想在有限的空间内架设更多的井口,并且海洋平台和页岩气开采环境恶劣,具有极强的腐蚀能力,要求钻采设备具有抗腐蚀能力和较好的密封性能,这样可以节约设备和维护成本,提高采油气效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种整体式采油气树,采油气树采用四通本体、压裂阀、仪表法兰、截止阀压力仪表组合成一个油气树本体总成,油气树本体总成两端口与组合阀、节流阀连接形成整体式采油气树,减少传统采油气树四通、阀门、节流阀、仪表接头连接过程,无干扰,节约平台空间,结构简单,成本低廉,维护方便,利用有限的空间平台装配更多的井口设备,提高采油效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该整体式采油气树包括采油气树四通本体、紧固件、组合压裂阀、节流阀、压裂阀、仪表法兰、截止阀压力仪表,其中采油气树四通本体、压裂阀、仪表法兰、截止阀压力仪表组成油气树本体总成,油气树本体总成与组合压裂阀、节流阀通过紧固件连接组成整体式采油气树。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、采用整体式结构,通过采油气树四通本体将组合阀、压裂阀、截止阀等整合在一起,共用一只本体,结构紧凑,体积小,整体占用空间小,使有限空间能够安装更多的设备,提高采油气效率;
