背景技术
现有的海水介质管道法兰与管道阀门连接，它们之间有一个橡胶的法兰垫片，其海水介质管道法兰必须要用不锈钢材料制作，其制造成本高，且绝缘性能差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种海水介质管道法兰绝缘装置，它是一种成本低且绝缘性能好的装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
本实用新型包括海水介质管道法兰及管道阀门，海水介质管道法兰与管道阀门之间有一个法兰垫片，所述的管道阀门的连接孔内有一个绝缘套，外部有一个绝缘垫片，且海水介质管道法兰用钢材制作。
其绝缘套与绝缘垫片用橡胶或其它绝缘材料制作。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、本实用新型的海水介质管道法兰采用钢材制造，其制造成本大大降低。
2、本实用新型采用3项绝缘装置，绝缘效果好，延长了管道及管道阀门的使用寿命。

图1中，海水介质管道法兰2与管道阀门4之间有一个法兰垫片3，管道阀门4的连接孔内装有一个橡胶制作的绝缘套5，管道阀门连接孔的外部装有一个橡胶制作的绝缘垫片6、金属平垫片7，螺栓1和螺母8通过海水介质法兰2与管道阀门4的连接孔后，连接海水介质法兰2和管道阀门4。

1.一种涉及到绝缘装置的海水介质管道法兰绝缘装置，包括海水介质管道法兰(2)、管道阀门(4)，海水介质管道法兰(2)与管道阀门(4)之间有一个法兰垫片(3)，其特征是，管道阀门(4)的连接孔内有一个绝缘套(5)，外部有一个绝缘垫片(6)，且海水介质管道法兰(2)用钢材制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海水介质管道法兰绝缘装置，其特征是，绝缘套(5)与绝缘垫片(6)用橡胶或其它绝缘材料制作。
