本实用新型公开一种环保装饰薄膜，其技术方案要点是，从外至内依次包括PVC层、第一粘结剂层、PMMA层、第二粘结剂层、PVDF层、第三粘结剂层、PVC层、第四粘结剂层、PE层；通过采用上述技术方案，粘结剂层增加了薄膜整体强度，使用的时候不易破损；PVC层耐腐蚀、牢固耐用；PMMA层具有良好的化学稳定性、和耐候性，无毒环保，破碎时不易产生尖锐的碎片；PVDF层具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性、耐氧化性、耐候性、耐射线辐射性能外，还具有压电性、介电性、热电性；PE层化学性能稳定、无毒，价格低。

本实用新型涉及一种环保装饰薄膜。
背景技术
装饰膜一般用于包装物品或贴附于物品表面，比如贴附在地板、汽车等，以增加物品美观性和耐用性。
现有的装饰膜一般均采用聚氯乙烯来制作，其耐热性，耐污、耐候性差。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种环保装饰薄膜，耐热、耐候性强。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种环保装饰薄膜，从外至内依次包括PVC层、第一粘结剂层、PMMA层、第二粘结剂层、PVDF层、第三粘结剂层、PVC层、第四粘结剂层、PE层。
通过采用上述技术方案，粘结剂层增加了薄膜整体强度，使用的时候不易破损；PVC层耐腐蚀、牢固耐用；PMMA层具有良好的化学稳定性和耐候性，无毒环保，破碎时不易产生尖锐的碎片；PVDF层具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性、耐氧化性、耐候性、耐射线辐射性能外，还具有压电性、介电性、热电性；PE层化学性能稳定、无毒环保，价格低。
本实用新型进一步设置为，PVC层、第一粘结剂层、PMMA层、第二粘结剂层、PVDF层、第三粘结剂层、PVC层、第四粘结剂层、PE层的厚度比为3：1：3：3：3：1：6：2：4。
通过采用上述技术方案，通过增加第二粘结剂层的厚度来保证PMMA层和PVDF层的连接强度，使得PMMA层破碎时粘在PVDF层上，不会发生碎裂分解，并且通过增加PVC层的厚度来延长整个覆膜的寿命，PE层厚度较厚能够保证薄 钢板在用于汽车内部时无污染。
本实用新型进一步设置为，所述第一粘结剂层和第二粘结剂层均为PA胶水层，第三粘结剂层为和第四粘结剂层均为PE胶水层。
通过采用上述技术方案，PA胶水层用于尼龙层与尼龙层之间的连接，强度高，具有优异的防水、耐热、耐寒、耐油、耐腐蚀性和无白化等性能；PE胶水具有防水密封的性能，耐老化。

一种环保装饰薄膜，从外至内依次包括PVC层1、第一粘结剂层2、PMMA层3、第二粘结剂层4、PVDF层5、第三粘结剂层6、PVC层7、第四粘结剂层8、PE层9。
进一步的，PVC层1、第一粘结剂层2、PMMA层3、第二粘结剂层4、PVDF层5、第三粘结剂层6、PVC层7、第四粘结剂层8、PE层9的厚度比为3：1：3：1：3：3：6：2：4，整个薄膜厚度为0.3-0.8mm，优选为0.5mm。
优选第一粘结剂层2和第二粘结剂层4均为PA胶水层，第三粘结剂层6和第四粘结剂层8均为PE胶水，进一步优选第三粘结剂层6和第四粘结剂层8均为JEAOBOND牌的有机硅结构胶S-3860，具有耐高温、防水密封、耐老化等性能；第一粘结剂层2、第二粘结剂层4和第三粘结剂层6和第四粘结剂层8也可以使用AD胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保装饰薄膜，其特征是：PVC层、第一粘结剂层、PMMA层、第二粘结剂层、PVDF层、第三粘结剂层、PVC层、第四粘结剂层、PE层的厚度比为3：1：3：3：3：1：6：2：4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保装饰薄膜，其特征是：所述第一粘结剂层和第二粘结剂层均为PA胶水层，第三粘结剂层为和第四粘结剂层均为PE胶水层。
