技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰板技术领域,具体为建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板。
背景技术
建筑装饰是建筑装饰装修工程的简称。建筑装饰是为保护建筑物的主体结构、完善建筑物的物理性能、使用功能和美化建筑物,采用装饰装修材料或饰物对建筑物的内外表面及空间进行的各种处理过程。建筑装饰是人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。
现有的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板使用范围局限,贴合固定的强度低,长期使用会有导致脱落的问题,不能保温和抗辐射,防霉防潮阻燃性能不足,功能少,难以满足室内用建筑装饰板的需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,解决了现有的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板使用范围局限,贴合固定的强度低,长期使用会有导致脱落的问题,不能保温和抗辐射,防霉防潮阻燃性能不足,功能少,难以满足室内用建筑装饰板的需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,包括PVDF膜层、PVC膜层和PVC基板层,所述PVDF膜层的内部包括有合金改性薄膜层、红外反射层、支撑层和PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层,所述PVDF膜层的上端设有合金改性薄膜层,所述合金改性薄膜层的底部设有红外反射层,所述红外反射层的底部设有支撑层,所述支撑层的底部设有PMMA 挤出薄膜粘结层。
优选的,所述合金改性薄膜层为空气层,所述合金改性薄膜层为PVDF与 PMMA合金改性薄膜层。
优选的,所述红外反射层分为透明层和颜色层。
优选的,所述支撑层以PMMA为主体,少量PVDF添加进行挤出。
优选的,所述PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层为粘结层,与PVC膜层热贴合固定。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板。具备以下有益效果:
该建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,适用范围广,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、环保等作用,贴合固定的强度高,避免长期使用导致脱落等现象,具有保温和抗辐射的效果,成本低。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例提供一种技术方案:建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,包括PVDF膜层1、PVC膜层2和PVC基板层3,所述PVDF膜层1 的内部包括有合金改性薄膜层4、红外反射层5、支撑层6和PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层7,所述PVDF膜层1的上端设有合金改性薄膜层4,所述合金改性薄膜层4的底部设有红外反射层5,所述红外反射层5的底部设有支撑层6,所述支撑层6的底部设有PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层7。
所述合金改性薄膜层4为空气层,所述合金改性薄膜层4为PVDF与PMMA 合金改性薄膜层。
所述红外反射层5分为透明层和颜色层,作为红外反射功能层,冬天可对屋内温度进行红外反射来达到保温的作用,夏天可阻隔屋外红外线对屋内造成热辐射的影响。
所述支撑层6以PMMA为主体,少量PVDF添加进行挤出,主要降低成本。
所述PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层7为粘结层,与PVC膜层2热贴合固定,粘结性强,软化温度低,两种薄膜在加热到140-170℃之间的温度时,两者皆未到达熔融温度,可直接相互交联贴合在一块,无须使用胶水等粘结剂进行粘结。
实例1
PVDF层从结构上分为1层:整层为PVDF与PMMA合金改性膜,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃和环保作用,与PVC膜层2只能进行胶水贴合。
实例2
PVDF层从结构上分为2层:第一层最外空气层为PVDF与PMMA合金改性薄膜层,以PVDF为主体,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃和环保作用;
第二层为以PMMA与PVDF,或者全部用PMMA,以PMMA为主体的薄膜,该层为粘结层,主要作用是与PVC进行热贴合,两种薄膜在加热到140-170℃之间的温度时,两者皆未到达熔融温度,可直接相互交联贴合在一块,无须使用胶水等粘结剂进行粘结。
实例3
PVDF层从结构上分为3层:第一层最外空气层为PVDF与PMMA合金改性薄膜层,以PVDF为主体,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃和环保作用;
第二层为支撑层,以PMMA为主体,少量PVDF添加进行挤出;
第三层全部用PMMA挤出薄膜,该层为粘结层,主要作用是与PVC进行热贴合,两种薄膜在加热到140-170℃之间的温度时,两者皆未到达熔融温度,可直接相互交联贴合在一块,无须使用胶水等粘结剂进行粘结。
实例4
PVDF层从结构上分为4层:第一层最外空气层为PVDF与PMMA合金改性薄膜层,以PVDF为主体,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃和环保作用;
第二层为红外反射层,分为透明和颜色层,由于与第一层功能相冲突,无法同时进行改性,故将第二层进行改性,以PVDF与PMMA合金改性薄膜层,以PVDF为主体,添加颜料或者制成透明的,作为红外反射功能层,冬天可对屋内温度进行红外反射来达到保温的作用,夏天可阻隔屋外红外线对屋内造成热辐射的影响;
第三层为支撑层,以PMMA为主体,少量PVDF添加进行挤出;
第四层全部用PMMA挤出薄膜,该层为粘结层,主要作用是与PVC进行热贴合,两种薄膜在加热到140-170℃之间的温度时,两者皆未到达熔融温度,可直接相互交联贴合在一块,无须使用胶水等粘结剂进行粘结。
PVC膜层2,在PVC基板层3上在PVDF共挤膜或者单层膜下,主要是与 PVC基板层3或者金属板的粘结层,主要是可在该层进行印刷定制或者制成单色定制。
PVC基板层3或者金属基板,作为地板,墙板或者顶板,橱柜板,家具板的最底层,作为总的材料物理参数层。
本发明的PVDF膜层1、PVC膜层2、PVC基板层3、合金改性薄膜层4、红外反射层5、支撑层6、PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层7,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板使用范围局限,贴合固定的强度低,长期使用会有导致脱落的问题,不能保温和抗辐射,防霉防潮阻燃性能不足,功能少,难以满足室内用建筑装饰板的需求,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,适用范围广,具有抗磨、抗紫外、耐候、防潮、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、环保等作用,贴合固定的强度高,避免长期使用导致脱落等现象,具有保温和抗辐射的效果,成本低。

1.建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,其特征在于:包括PVDF膜层(1)、PVC膜层(2)和PVC基板层(3),所述PVDF膜层(1)的内部包括有合金改性薄膜层(4)、红外反射层(5)、支撑层(6)和PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层(7),所述PVDF膜层(1)的上端设有合金改性薄膜层(4),所述合金改性薄膜层(4)的底部设有红外反射层(5),所述红外反射层(5)的底部设有支撑层(6),所述支撑层(6)的底部设有PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,其特征在于:所述合金改性薄膜层(4)为空气层,所述合金改性薄膜层(4)为PVDF与PMMA合金改性薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,其特征在于:所述红外反射层(5)分为透明层和颜色层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,其特征在于:所述支撑层(6)以PMMA为主体,少量PVDF添加进行挤出。
5.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用室内防霉防潮阻燃装饰板,其特征在于:所述PMMA挤出薄膜粘结层(7)为粘结层,与PVC膜层(2)热贴合固定。
