背景技术
目前市场上的烧烤方式一般以街边的烧烤摊位为主，烧烤燃料以木炭、液化气为主，烧烤设施简陋，烧烤食品的卫生无法保障，尤其是现有烧烤设施的发热源要么直接对食物加热，导致食物上的调料、碎末或油脂等滴落在发热源上，产生大量浓烟，食物本身也吸收大量物质；要么使用金属（如铁板）覆盖导热，不易清洁，同时，金属长时间高温加热后易氧化产生有害物质，对人体健康有害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有微晶玻璃导热的无烟烧烤设备，采用远红外辐热盘作为加热元件，使用电能制热，取代木炭、煤炭、液化气等发热源，并且具有自动油烟净化功能，可有效解决烧烤污染问题和烧烤食品卫生问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种带有微晶玻璃导热的无烟烧烤设备：包括壳体和安装在壳体上的加热器，所述加热器安装在壳体的台面上，所述加热器内设有远红外辐热盘，所述加热器上面设有烧烤支架，所述壳体上部内侧设有吸烟口，所述壳体内设有风机室、净化机柜、控制柜，所述风机室内设有离心风机，所述净化机柜内设有与吸烟口连通的油烟净化装置，所述壳体后侧设有与油烟净化装置连通的排气口，所述壳体底部设有万向轮，其特征在于，所述加热器上面覆盖安装微晶玻璃。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用微晶玻璃覆盖导热，有效隔离烧烤时食物上的调料、碎末或油脂等滴落在发热源上，微晶玻璃表面平整度高，耐高温，抗氧化，易清洁，热效率高，省电节能，无电磁辐射，从源头开始杜绝木炭、煤炭、液化气等燃料产生的污染，并且具有油烟净化功能。
