Abstract

滚珠式抽油杆保护接箍,它属于在油田上抽油机井抽油杆之间连接接箍上采取的一项保护措施。其特征是在接箍体[1]上设有与接箍轴向倾斜的椭圆式优弧开口槽[3],槽内镶入滚珠体[4],减少接箍与油管壁间的磨损,降低抽油杆上的负荷,减少修井次数,降低了生产成本。

Description

一种用于抽油机井抽油杆之间滚珠式抽油杆保护接箍,属于抽油杆接箍上降阻措施。
在抽油机井中,抽油杆之间用接箍连接,再与井下采油泵相连,在地面动力设备带动下上、下往复运动把地下原油抽出。在斜井、丛式井和水平井的抽油机采油过程中,抽油杆与井身不能保持平行运动,由于接箍外径大于抽油杆外径,造成接箍与油管间产生接触摩擦,有时磨损严重,致使接箍失效,发生抽油杆断脱事故,影响了油井的生产,既使一般垂直井也有井斜和方位改变转弯处,也有类似情况发生。目前采用的较先进的滚轮式抽油杆保护接箍,申请号:CN87208512U,它结构较复杂,尺寸大,受力不均,容易失效,影响使用寿命,推广应用受到限制。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种滚珠式抽油杆保护接箍,无论在任何方向受阻,都可自由滚动,减少抽油杆上的接箍与管壁间的摩擦阻力,可降低抽油杆上的负荷,减少抽油杆断脱事故次数,为正常生产提供保证。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:在抽油杆接箍体上设有与轴向倾斜的椭圆式优弧开口槽[3],槽内镶入滚珠体[4],于工艺出入孔两侧拧入两螺钉[2]。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:抽油杆接箍体上优弧开口槽与轴向倾斜可为75度至80度。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述:
由附图所示,根据井深和井下情况选择相应规范的抽油杆和接箍[1]。在接箍体[1]上钻一与所选择的滚珠体相应的工艺出入孔,以此孔为基础,加工成与接箍体[1]轴向倾斜的(75度~80度)并大于半个滚珠体[4]的椭圆式优弧开口槽[3],此槽内即为镶入滚珠体[4]的运动轨迹,其弧形与滚珠体相似。滚珠体[4]由工艺出入孔装入,然后在工艺出入孔两侧接箍体上拧入两螺钉[2],以使滚珠体不能脱出槽内。滚珠体裸露出1.5~2毫米,滚珠体大部份镶入开口槽内,且保证在槽内自由滚动。
在使用过程中,本接箍一般安装在易发生偏斜处、井口、泵上30~50米处使用,或由设计而定。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:无论在任何方向受阻,滚珠体都可自由滚动,减少抽油杆上的接箍与油管间的摩擦阻力。降低抽油杆上的负荷,并减少修井次数,降低了生产成本。

1、一种由接箍[1]构成的用于油田上抽油机井抽油杆之间滚珠式抽油杆保护接箍,其特征在于抽油杆接箍体[1]上设有与轴向倾斜的椭圆式优弧开口槽[3],槽内镶入滚珠体[4],于工艺出入孔两侧置螺钉[2];
2、如权利要求1所述的滚珠式抽油杆保护接箍,其特征在于抽油杆接箍体[1]上优弧开口槽与轴向倾斜可为75度至80度。
