背景技术
由于水泥遇水或处于潮湿的环境下容易结块，原料水泥运输过来后需要将水泥存放于水泥罐体内，以保证水泥粉料的干燥，水泥原料通常依靠气压及打料管进行打料，现有的打料管为一体式结构，该种结构的打料管由于没有设置过滤装置，在打料过程中容易被水泥原料中的颗粒物堵塞，一旦堵塞，需要进行管道的清理，费时费工，降低工作效率。

针对现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可有效防止堵塞的水泥粉料的过滤装置。

如图1所示，本实用新型一种水泥粉料的过滤装置，该过滤装置用于对原料水泥粉料的储存，以保证水泥的干燥性，包括水泥罐1、打料管2，打料管2的一端伸入到水泥罐1的底部，另一端伸出水泥罐1的外侧，为方便打料管2的拆卸，将打料管2设置为分体式结构，具体为由上下两根管子连接而成，且连接处距离地面1-1.2m，该高度设置便于工作人员站在地面上即可进行管子的拆卸及安装，为防止水泥粉料中的大颗粒物堵塞管子，在两根管子的连接处配合设置有过滤网3，该过滤网3为钢制材料制备而成，其中过滤网的网孔直径为3-7mm，最优为5mm。
本实用新型工作过程为，首先将两根管子及过滤网3安装完毕后，通过气压对水泥原料进行打料，打料过程中，打料过程中，由于过滤网3的设置，颗粒物被过滤网3拦截下，颗粒物过多，可关掉气压开关，进行管子的拆卸及过滤网的清洗，清理完毕，重新安装后进行打料，该打料过程中，管道拆卸安装及过滤网的清理十分方便，工作效率高。
