本实用新型涉及一种定量泵装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的定量泵通常是安装在容器的上端面上方，这样就会导致定量泵和容器中液体会产生较大的液位差，随之而来就会造成定量泵的供给量大小拨动很大，不能很好的提供均衡供给的作用。 
针对相关技术中的问题，目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种定量泵装置，以克服目前现有技术存在的上述不足。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种定量泵装置，包括容器和调节杆，所述容器的底端连接有出液管，所述出液管上依次设置有提升泵和转换筒，所述出液管的回流端和所述容器的顶端连接，所述转换筒上设置有连接管，所述连接管上连接有定量泵，所述定量泵上设置有连接件，所述定量泵通过所述连接件滑动连接于所述调节杆上，所述定量泵的水平高度小于所述容器顶面的水平高度。
进一步的，所述连接件包括滑动于所述调节杆上的圆柱形空心连接套，所述连接套上设置有和所述丁连蹦连接的调节杆。
进一步的，所述连接套上还设置有紧固螺栓。
本实用新型的有益效果为：通过设置的调节杆以及连接件，进而起到了可以调节定量泵的高度的作用，保证了定量泵的水平高度和容器中的液位高度保持一致，进而节约了定量泵和溶液具有液位差的问题，进而起到了均衡供给液体的效果，此外本实用新型还具有简单实用，制作成本低等特点。

如图1-2所示，根据本实用新型的实施例所述的一种定量泵装置，包括容器1和调节杆2，所述容器1的底端连接有出液管3，所述出液管3上依次设置有提升泵4和转换筒5，所述出液管3的回流端和所述容器1的顶端连接，所述转换筒5上设置有连接管6，所述连接管6上连接有定量泵7，所述定量泵7上设置有连接件8，所述定量泵7通过所述连接件8滑动连接于所述调节杆2上，所述定量泵7的水平高度小于所述容器1顶面的水平高度。
其中，定量泵在调节杆上上下滑动，这样保证了定量泵和容器内的液位高度一样，没有了液位差，进而起到了均衡供给液体的作用。
进一步的继续参照图2，在一个实施例中，所述连接件8包括滑动于所述调节杆2上的圆柱形空心连接套9，所述连接套9上设置有和所述定量泵7连接的连接杆10。
此外，所述连接套9上还设置有紧固螺栓11。
综上所述，借助于本实用新型的上述技术方案，通过设置的调节杆以及连接件，进而起到了可以调节定量泵的高度的作用，保证了定量泵的水平高度和容器中的液位高度保持一致，进而节约了定量泵和溶液具有液位差的问题，进而起到了均衡供给液体的效果，此外本实用新型还具有简单实用，制作成本低等特点。

1. 一种定量泵装置，其特征在于，包括容器（1）和调节杆（2），所述容器（1）的底端连接有出液管（3），所述出液管（3）上依次设置有提升泵（4）和转换筒（5），所述出液管（3）的回流端和所述容器（1）的顶端连接，所述转换筒（5）上设置有连接管（6），所述连接管（6）上连接有定量泵（7），所述定量泵（7）上设置有连接件（8），所述定量泵（7）通过所述连接件（8）滑动连接于所述调节杆（2）上，所述定量泵（7）的水平高度小于所述容器（1）顶面的水平高度。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的定量泵装置，其特征在于，所述连接件（8）包括滑动于所述调节杆（2）上的圆柱形空心连接套（9），所述连接套（9）上设置有和所述定量泵（7）连接的连接杆（10）。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的定量泵装置，其特征在于，所述连接套（9）上还设置有紧固螺栓（11）。
