Abstract
一种互动式广告的互动系统,通过联机网络且附属于至少一个电子装置的一个编程执行,主要是在该电子装置的编程中通过一个线上影音播放介面分别播放一个主媒体内容与关联主媒体内容的一个次媒体内容,且在次媒体内容被点选时,由该互动系统取得相关前述次媒体内容的一个终点位址,及取得该电子装置的一起点位址,并通过该电子装置的编程显示由该起点位址至该终点位址的路径。借此,只需点选感兴趣的次媒体内容,就可获知相关次媒体内容的所在地,而能够以所见即可得的中心思想,省略了先知道物品,再查询物品所在地所耗用的时间,进而大幅提升使用方便性,及广告效益。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种互动式广告,特别是涉及一种互动式广告的互动系统。
背景技术
参阅图1,以中国台湾专利第M381867号「具导引功能的传单装置」实用新型专利案为例,主要是以一个软性显示器1做为电子传单,当消费者取得该电子传单时,其能显示广告内容,并针对前述广告内容显示地图及产生导航作用,进而引导消费者前往活动地点。
惟,就消费大众的角度,及广告的效益而言,前述第M381867号案仍然存有以下缺点:
一、如图1所示,由于该软性显示器1仅有一个框架11显示广告内容,因此,就广告内容而言,只能有单一个主题,消费者没有选择性,这种无法依照需求观看或选择的广告内容,就行销的角度来说,简直如同乱枪打鸟一个样只是虚耗金钱与时间,而毫无效益可言。
二、该软性显示器1必须预载目的地的资讯,才能达到规画路径的功能,且在软性显示器1兼具计算及规画引导路径的情形下,会影响该软性显示器1的处理速度与效能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够大幅提升使用方便性,及广告效益的互动式广告的互动系统。
本实用新型的互动式广告的互动系统,通过网络与至少一个电子装置联机,包含一个通讯模块、一个储存媒体,及一个处理模块。
该通讯模块通过网络与该电子装置相互通讯。
该储存媒体储存有至少一个主媒体内容,及关联该主媒体内容的至少一个次媒体内容。
该处理模块通过该电子装置的编程嵌入一个线上影音播放介面,该线上影音播放介面包括浏览一个主媒体内容的一个第一框架,及浏览一个次媒体内容的一个第二框架,使该处理模块根据来自于该电子装置点选该次媒体内容的一个触发讯息,取得相关前述次媒体内容的一个终点位址,并接收来自于该电子装置所回传的一个起点位置讯息而取得的一个起点位址后,搜寻前述起点位址与终点位址,并通过该电子装置的编程显示由该起点位址至该终点位址的路径。
本实用新型的互动式广告的互动系统,该次媒体内容写入有包含数个终点位址的一个终点位置讯息,该处理模块根据前述终点位置讯息,取得相关前述次媒体内容的数个终点位址后,计算出最短距离的起点位址与终点位址,并通过编程显示前述最短距离的起点位址与终点位址的路径。
本实用新型的互动式广告的互动系统,前述起点位置讯息来自于该电子装置的全球定位系统(GPS)、网络协定位址(IP Address)两个其中的一个。
本实用新型的互动式广告的互动系统,该处理模块根据前述网络协定位址获取该起点位置讯息后,会查询与该网络协定位址对应的经纬度,及根据经纬度取得前述起点位址。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:只需点选感兴趣的次媒体内容,就可获知相关次媒体内容的所在地,而能够以所见即可得的中心思想,省略了先知道物品,再查询物品所在地所耗用的时间,进而大幅提升使用方便性,及广告效益。

具体实施方式
参阅图2、图3与图4,本实用新型互动式广告的互动系统1的本实施例,通过网络与数电子装置2联机。该电子装置2可以是电脑、或手持式电子装置如:笔记型电脑、平板电脑、触控电脑、或行动通讯装置如:智能型手机、或个人数码助理装置。该互动系统1在本实施例为一个伺服主机,包含一个通讯模块11、一个储存媒体12,及一个处理模块13。
该通讯模块11通过网络与所述电子装置2相互通讯。
该储存媒体12储存有主媒体内容31与次媒体内容33。
该处理模块13通过该通讯模块11于该电子装置2嵌入一个编程21。在本实施例,是以云端运算技术(Cloud Computing)通过一个网页(如图5)嵌入前述编程21,并使用web socket技术以可延伸标记语言(eXtensible Markup Language,XML)、或工具编程(Personal HomePage,PHP)、或动态伺服器端运行编程(Active Server Pages,ASP、ASP.NET)与前述电子装置2互动。
该编程21在本实施例为一个线上影音播放介面3。该线上影音播放介面3包括浏览一个主媒体内容31的一个第一框架32,及浏览一个次媒体内容33的一个第二框架34,该次媒体内容33在视觉上可被辨识而显现于该第二框架34,且关联该主媒体内容31。在本实施例中,该次媒体内容33包括分别与一个终点位置讯息连结的数个预览缩图331。每一个终点位置讯息包含数个终点位址,每一个终点位址为展现预览缩图所显示物件的所在地。
值得说明的是,前述主媒体内容31的格式可以是以一种网络视讯格式编译而成,如flv、H.263、H.264、f4v、rm、wmv、m4v、mov、webm等格式。前述次媒体内容33的格式可以是图片、或动画、或编程、或文字等其中一种或其一种组合。
参阅图6,并配合图2~图5,以下针对本实用新型互动式广告的互动系统结合商务应用的实施例步骤说明如下:
步骤41:该互动系统1的处理模块13通过该通讯模块11与该电子装置2相互通讯。
步骤42:该互动系统1的处理模块13通过网络于该电子装置2的编程21嵌入该线上影音播放介面3,使该线上影音播放介面3的第一框架32播放前述主媒体内容31,及以第二框架34显示前述次媒体内容33的预览缩图331。
值得说明的是,前述预览缩图331能够随该第一框架32内主媒体内容31的时间轴顺序显示、或同步显示。以顺序显示为例,当以一个电影的预告片为主媒体内容31,且主媒体内容31中的女主角(包含穿着的衣服)在第8秒走出大门、在第21秒拿下眼镜、在第30秒出现女主角放大特写时,该第二框架34内就会分别在第8秒、第21秒、第30秒,及第40秒依序显示衣服的预览缩图331、眼镜的预览缩图331、项链的预览缩图331,及出现电影院字样的预览缩图331。以同步显示为例,当主媒体内容31播放至第30秒时,则所有预览缩图331同时出现在第二框架34中。
步骤43:该互动系统1的处理模块13根据来自于该电子装置2点选任一个预览缩图331的一个触发讯息,获取相关前述预览缩图331的终点位置讯息,而取得展现前述预览缩图331所显示物件的所在地的数个终点位址。
步骤44:该互动系统1的处理模块13接收来自该电子装置2的一起点位置讯息。前述起点位置讯息在本实施例是网络协定位址(IPAddress)。
步骤45:该互动系统1的处理模块13查询与前述起点位置讯息即与该网络协定位址对应的经纬度,并根据经纬度取得前述电子装置2的起点位址。
步骤46:该互动系统1的处理模块13搜寻前述起点位址与所有终点位址,并计算出最短距离的起点位址与终点位址。
步骤47:该互动系统1的处理模块13通过该电子装置2的编程21显示一个地图22,标注前述最短距离的起点位址与终点位址的路径。
举例来说,当出现电影院字样的预览缩图331被点选时,该互动系统1的处理模块13就会根据该电子装置2目前的所在位置,通过该编程21中地图22标示的路径,显示距离最近的电影院。或者,当眼镜的预览缩图331被点选时,该互动系统1的处理模块13就会根据该电子装置2目前的所在位置,通过该编程21中地图22标示的路径,显示距离最近且能够购买前述眼镜的商店,而达到所见即可得的目的。
另外,值得说明的是,前述步骤44中的起点位置讯息也可以通过全球定位系统(GPS)获取,借此,可以直接由经纬度取得前述电子装置2的起点位址。
综上所述,本实用新型的互动式广告的互动系统具有下列优点及功效:
一、浏览者可以在一边观看主媒体内容31的同时,一边就能够通过第二框架34中的次媒体内容33,在不影响该主媒体内容31播放的情形下,呈现次媒体内容33里所出现的不同物件,并引导浏览者根据感兴趣的物件,到达所显示物件的所在地,以「所见即所得」的方式让浏览者可以对影片中所出现并且感兴趣的物件立即的选购与了解物件资讯,如此可大大的提升影片置入性行销的共通性与实用性。
二、本实用新型的电子装置2不需预载目的地的资讯,且不需要计算及规画引导路径,因此,可以大幅提升该电子装置2的处理速度与效能。
以上所述者,仅为本实用新型的实施例而已,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即凡依本实用新型权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本实用新型的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种互动式广告的互动系统,通过网络与至少一个电子装置联机,该互动式广告的互动系统包含:
一个通讯模块,通过网络与该电子装置相互通讯;
一个储存媒体,储存有至少一个主媒体内容,及关联该主媒体内容的至少一个次媒体内容;及
一个处理模块,通过该电子装置的编程嵌入一个线上影音播放介面,该线上影音播放介面包括浏览一个主媒体内容的一个第一框架,及浏览一个次媒体内容的一个第二框架,其特征在于:
该处理模块根据来自于该电子装置点选该次媒体内容的一个触发讯息,取得相关前述次媒体内容的一个终点位址,并接收来自于该电子装置所回传的一个起点位置讯息而取得的一个起点位址后,搜寻前述起点位址与终点位址,并通过该电子装置的编程显示由该起点位址至该终点位址的路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的互动式广告的互动系统,其特征在于:该次媒体内容写入有包含数个终点位址的一个终点位置讯息,该处理模块根据前述终点位置讯息,取得相关前述次媒体内容的数终点位址后,计算出最短距离的起点位址与终点位址,并通过编程显示前述最短距离的起点位址与终点位址的路径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的互动式广告的互动系统,其特征在于:前述起点位置讯息来自于该电子装置的全球定位系统(GPS)、网络协定位址(IP Address)两个其中的一个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的互动式广告的互动系统,其特征在于:该处理模块根据前述网络协定位址获取该起点位置讯息后,会查询与该网络协定位址对应的经纬度,及根据经纬度取得前述起点位址。
