本实用新型涉及管件切割加工领域，尤其是一种新型直线轴承，主要应用于管件的切割加工领域。
背景技术
目前，市场上常用工业用直线轴承，对于结构的不合理，导致了加工的准确度不够，加工出来的工件还要进行二次加工，这样，不但增加了产品的废品率，也增加的劳务成本，而且此类直线轴承由于结构的不合理，也不耐磨，更不耐用，很容易损坏，针对目前国内原材料和劳动力成本的不断攀升，很多生产制造行业都倍感头疼。
针对上述产品存在的缺陷，为了满足客户的各种需求，提高效率，进一步提升品质，增强公司的竞争力，急需要一种新的产品出现。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型直线轴承，该实用新型结构合理，耐用、耐磨损，加工精度高、加工质量稳定，提高了轴承的使用寿命等特点。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型一种新型直线轴承，主要包括滑块体，在滑块体的内部安装有双列角接触球轴承，其特征在于：所述双列角接触球轴承的两边安装有紧定螺钉，在所述双列角接触球轴承的垂直交汇处安装有硬钢定位销，在所述双列角接触球轴承的垂直边缘处安装有自润滑含油铜套，所述在双列角接触球轴承的外侧和紧定螺钉的内侧安装有平垫圈，所述双列角接触球轴承为圆形结构，所述在滑块体的两侧安装有轴承压块，通过内六角花形盘头螺钉，轴承压块和滑块体压合在一起，所述轴承压块和滑块体的连接处安装有弹簧垫圈，所述自润滑含油铜套为至少一端开口的圆形结构。
