Abstract

利用太阳能发电的瓦是用普通制瓦材料制成基瓦[1],其特征在于基瓦具有汇集雨水流淌之流水槽[7],基瓦两侧各具有阴阳扣之凹槽[8]或凸楔[9],能使几片基瓦相互搭接横联一排,基瓦上下两端各有2个固定孔[2],插入螺钉能将其与屋顶之椽固定,并使几片基瓦纵联成行;在基瓦的瓦面[3]上铺设簿层(膜)光伏电池[4];再在其上覆盖一层透光的聚酯簿膜[5];光伏电池产生的电流由基瓦中设置的导线[6]输出,并输往配电房。所以,它既能遮阳、挡雨、防风、保温,还能发电。

利用太阳能发电的瓦
技术领域
利用太阳能发电的瓦是一种设置在房屋顶部,具有遮阳、挡雨、防风、保温的功能,还具有发电功能的瓦。它既属于房屋建筑类材料,也属于光伏发电的技术领域.
背景技术
现有的各种普通瓦,譬如粘土瓦、水泥瓦、琉璃瓦、塑料瓦、铝合金瓦等等,都不具备发电功能。若要利用原有屋顶实施光伏工程,则必须在屋顶上另设支架安装光伏电池组件,必然对屋顶材料包括房屋本身加重负载,增加了房屋不安全的隐患,甚至会减少房屋使用寿命。另外,屋顶多出这部分光伏设施,也影响或破坏了房屋原有的风貌。
发明内容
利用太阳能发电的瓦是用通常的制瓦材料,先制造形体和构成与普通瓦略有差异的各种基瓦,如凸型或凹型基瓦,再在基瓦瓦面上铺设某些光伏电池组件。
利用太阳能发电的瓦是这样实现的:它包括一片基瓦,基瓦要具有①汇集雨水流淌的槽形结构(凹型基瓦本身已具备,凸型基瓦须在其一侧设置);②基瓦的上端和下端分别设置若干个孔,供插入螺栓或铁钉与房顶之椽固定,并能使几片基瓦联接成行,纵向覆盖屋顶;③基瓦的两侧边分别具有阴阳扣之凹槽或凸楔,便于几片基瓦相互搭接成排,横向覆盖屋顶;④基瓦上要设置能把光伏电池产生的电流输出的导线。在这样的基瓦瓦面上铺设、粘贴各种簿层(膜)的光伏电池,譬如簿层不锈钢光伏电池、铜铟镓硒柔性簿膜光伏电池、鍗化镉簿膜光伏电池、光敏染料簿膜光伏电池或者是其他晶硅系、非晶硅系簿层(膜)光伏电池;再在光伏电池上覆盖一层耐高温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、不透气、不透水,却能透光的簿膜材料。
用上述方法制造的“利用太阳能发电的瓦”明显具有以下优点:①与普通瓦相比,既能遮阳、挡雨、防风、保温,还能发电;②与屋顶另装光伏电池相比,屋顶负载轻、安装更牢靠;③能保留屋顶原有风貌。

具体实施方式
以凸型基瓦“太阳能发电瓦”为例。用水泥或琉璃或塑料或铝合金或其它合适之材料制造长方形基瓦[1],在其右侧制成凹型的流水槽[7],让瓦面上的雨水汇集流走;流水槽的右侧边制成基瓦阴阳扣之凸楔[9],基瓦的左侧制成阴阳扣之凹槽[8],该凹槽能扣住另一片基瓦的凸楔,使几片基瓦相互搭接,横向覆盖屋顶;基瓦上下端各留有2个固定孔[2],插入螺栓或铁钉能把基瓦牢牢固定在屋顶之椽上,几片基瓦可以联接成行,纵向覆盖屋顶;在基瓦一侧还埋设能把光伏电池产生的电流输出之导线[6];在基瓦瓦面[3]上铺设或粘贴簿层(膜)光伏电池[4],譬如柔性不锈钢光伏电池或者是铜铟镓硒柔性簿膜光伏电池或者是鍗化镉簿膜光伏电池或者是光敏染料簿膜光伏电池或者是其它晶硅系、非晶硅系簿膜光伏电池;再在光伏电池上面覆盖一层耐温、耐辐射、耐腐蚀、緻密的(不透水、不透气)透光簿膜[5]。这样的瓦置于屋顶既能遮阳、挡雨、防风、保温,还能够利用太阳能发电。

1.利用太阳能发电的瓦,包括用普通制瓦材料制成的基瓦[1]其特征在于基瓦具有汇集雨水流出的流水槽[7];基瓦左、右两侧分别具有供几片基瓦相互搭接的阴阳扣之凹槽[8]或凸楔[9];基瓦上、下两端分别设置能将其固定在屋顶之椽的固定孔[2];基瓦上设置能将光伏电池产生的电流输出的导线[6];以及在基瓦瓦面[3]铺设的簿层(膜)光伏电池[4]和在其上覆盖的透光簿膜[5]。
2.根据权利要求1所说的利用太阳能发电的瓦,其特征在于铺设的簿层(膜)光伏电池是簿层不锈钢柔性光伏电池,或者是铜铟镓硒柔性簿膜光伏电池,或者是鍗化镉簿膜电池,或者是光敏染料簿膜电池,或者是其它晶硅、非晶硅系簿层(膜)光伏电池。
