本实用新型公开了一种PE管件夹具,包括台板,所述的台板上设有导槽以及可沿着导槽滑动的台架,台架上设有导轨,导轨上设有与导轨固定的左管件定位机构以及可沿着导轨移动的右管件定位机构,右管件定位机构由气缸驱动,所述的左管件定位机构和右管件定位机构分别包括基座以及用于固定管件的上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍,所述的基座与导轨相配合,所述的下定位卡箍设置于基座之上,所述的台板上还设有与导槽平行布置的定位轨,所述的定位轨上设有可向台架转动的卷刀机构和加热板。本实用新型旨在提供一种热熔对接精度较高、加工过程较为便捷的PE管件夹具。

一种PE管件夹具
技术领域
本实用新型属于塑料管件加工领域,尤其涉及一种PE管件夹具。
背景技术
PE聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,由于 PE 管材具有无毒、无味、无臭、良好的耐寒、耐热性和化学稳定性、较高的刚性和韧性,以及机械性能好、安装方便等诸多优点,被广泛的应用于建筑给、排水,埋地排水管、输气管及电讯工程等领域。这类管道系统连接时利用热塑性的特性热熔连接,实现管道系统连接一体化,大大减少了管道系统的滴、漏、跑、冒等现象,使得管道系统的应用可靠性得到了本质的提高。然而在管道制造过程中,特别是弯头的制造过程中,对于热熔对接的操作精度要求较高,如果热熔对接不当,在连接处容易出现瑕疵,甚至脱落的事故。
实用新型内容
 本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的上述不足,提供了一种热熔对接精度较高、加工过程较为便捷的PE管件夹具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种PE管件夹具,包括台板,所述的台板上设有导槽以及可沿着导槽滑动的台架,台架上设有导轨,导轨上设有与导轨固定的左管件定位机构以及可沿着导轨移动的右管件定位机构,右管件定位机构由气缸驱动,所述的左管件定位机构和右管件定位机构分别包括基座以及用于固定管件的上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍,所述的基座与导轨相配合,所述的下定位卡箍设置于基座之上,所述的台板上还设有与导槽平行布置的定位轨,所述的定位轨上设有可向台架转动的卷刀机构和加热板。这样,左、右管件定位机构各自可以固定一段管件,两者可以成一定角度进行摆放。台架可相对台板移动至卷刀机构或者加热板处,通过卷刀机构对管件端面铣平之后,加热板同时对两个管件的端面加热,之后气缸迅速驱动右管件定位机构靠近左管件定位机构,使得两管熔合,完成热熔对接成为焊制弯头。
作为优选,所述上定位卡箍的一端与下定位卡箍转动连接,上定位卡箍另一端设有竖直的通槽,所述的下定位卡箍上设有与下定位卡箍转动连接且可转动至通槽内的螺纹杆,螺纹杆的上端设有可与通槽端部定位的螺母。这样可以通过转动螺纹杆迅速将上、下定位卡箍进行锁紧,以提高定位效率。
作为优选,所述的上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍内设有若干的调节半环,调节半环内表面设有沿圆周方向布置的定位槽,所述调节半环内表面设有可与定位槽宽度相配合的凸起。通过增添或减少调节半环,可以调节中间内孔的直径尺寸,从而适应实际管径的大小,通用性和适应性较高。
作为优选,所述的卷刀机构包括转动盘以及带动转动盘旋转的电机,所述转动盘的两侧分别设有卷刀,转动盘再卷刀的下方设有排屑槽。转动盘在转动时,可以对两侧的管件同时进行铣削操作,提高生产效率,同时两个端面的一致性较好,有利于提高焊接质量。设置排屑槽以方便切除下来的碎屑及时排出,防止其堆积在管件内孔之中。
作为优选,所述的基座和下定位卡箍之间设有可旋转的角度调节盘。这样左、右管件定位机构的相对角度可以进行调节,以满足对于弯头角度的要求。
本实用新型的有益效果是:(1)对于两侧管件的铣削以及热熔操作在同个工位完成,热熔对接精度和效率高;(2)工件夹紧定位快速,定位机构对于管件的适应性较高;(3)管件之间的相对角度可调,可满足不同的实际需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图1所示的实施例中,一种PE管件夹具,包括台板1、台架2、左管件定位机构4a、右管件定位机构4b、卷刀机构6和加热板5。台板上设有导槽1a,台架可沿着导槽左右滑动。台架上设有导轨8,左管件定位机构和右管件定位机构位于导轨之上,其中,左管件定位机构与导轨固定,右管件定位机构与导轨滑动连接,台架上固定有气缸9,右管件定位机构由气缸驱动,从而沿着导轨滑动。左管件定位机构和右管件定位机构分别包括基座404以及用于固定管件7的上定位卡箍401和下定位卡箍406,基座与导轨相配合,同时基座和下定位卡箍之间设有可旋转的角度调节盘405,用于调节基座与下定位卡箍之间的角度关系,从而实现管件之间角度的调节。上定位卡箍的一端与下定位卡箍转动连接,上定位卡箍另一端设有竖直的通槽,下定位卡箍上设有与下定位卡箍转动连接且可转动至通槽内的螺纹杆403,螺纹杆的上端设有可与通槽端部定位的螺母402。如图2所示,上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍内设有若干的调节半环10,调节半环内表面设有沿圆周方向布置的定位槽10b,调节半环内表面设有可与定位槽宽度相配合的凸起10a。
台板上还设有定位轨3,定位轨的布置方向与导槽平行,定位轨上设有可相对定位轨移动的卷刀机构和加热板,卷刀机构和加热板分别通过转动支架301在定位轨上进行轴向定位,同时还能向台架转动以实现铣削和加热功能。卷刀机构包括转动盘601以及带动转动盘旋转的电机,转动盘的两侧分别设有卷刀602,转动盘再卷刀的下方设有排屑槽603。此外,加热板和转动盘上均设置有把手,以方便对其进行转动。
在实际操作过程中,首先需要将左、右管件定位机构中螺纹杆上的螺母略微拧松,向下转动螺纹杆解除上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍之间的卡紧状态,转动打开上定位卡箍后,然后选择合适的调节半环安装在上、下定位卡箍内,从而将带加工的管件进行定位,反向转动上定位卡箍并通过螺纹杆上的螺母将上、下定位卡箍卡紧。此时将台架移动至导槽左端,转动卷刀机构,使转动盘两侧的卷刀同时对两边的管件端面铣削出对接面,铣削完成之后将卷刀机构反转回位。然后将台架移动至导槽右端,转动加热板,使其对两边管件的对接面同时加热,待对接面热熔之后,抬起加热板,通过气缸推动右管件定位机构,将两管件对接面压紧,待冷却后即可取下制作完成的焊制弯头,从而进行下一轮制造过程。

1.一种PE管件夹具,包括台板,其特征是,所述的台板上设有导槽以及可沿着导槽滑动的台架,台架上设有导轨,导轨上设有与导轨固定的左管件定位机构以及可沿着导轨移动的右管件定位机构,右管件定位机构由气缸驱动,所述的左管件定位机构和右管件定位机构分别包括基座以及用于固定管件的上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍,所述的基座与导轨相配合,所述的下定位卡箍设置于基座之上,所述的台板上还设有与导槽平行布置的定位轨,所述的定位轨上设有可向台架转动的卷刀机构和加热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE管件夹具,其特征是,所述上定位卡箍的一端与下定位卡箍转动连接,上定位卡箍另一端设有竖直的通槽,所述的下定位卡箍上设有与下定位卡箍转动连接且可转动至通槽内的螺纹杆,螺纹杆的上端设有可与通槽端部定位的螺母。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种PE管件夹具,其特征是,所述的上定位卡箍和下定位卡箍内设有若干的调节半环,调节半环内表面设有沿圆周方向布置的定位槽,所述调节半环内表面设有可与定位槽宽度相配合的凸起。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种PE管件夹具,其特征是,所述的卷刀机构包括转动盘以及带动转动盘旋转的电机,所述转动盘的两侧分别设有卷刀,转动盘再卷刀的下方设有排屑槽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种PE管件夹具,其特征是,所述的基座和下定位卡箍之间设有可旋转的角度调节盘。
