本实用新型涉及一种大棚保温被,具体地说是一种防水型大棚保温被,属于大棚保温被领域。
背景技术
保温被一般是由多层无纺布层通过缝合而成的,而无纺布层的原材料为化纤,这种材料的保温被用来保温还可以,但是一旦遇到雨雪天气,由于化纤材料不能防雨雪,整个保温被很容易湿透,从而失去保温作用。现在,很多保温被的表层换成防水的雨布或 PVC 薄膜,但由于雨布或 PVC 薄膜是和无纺布层一起缝制的,缝制的地方有针眼,雨水会沿着针眼逐渐的渗入无纺布层中,最终导致整个保温被被浸湿甚至湿透,特别是在阴雨天,湿透后的保温被重量很大,一般的大棚骨架很容易被其压断,而且这种保温被一旦内部湿透,由于表层有雨布或 PVC 薄膜,很难晾干,时间一长无纺布层容易腐烂变质,失去保温效果,导致保温被的使用寿命缩短。此外,保温被在使用时,由于大棚膜的破损或者被雨水打湿,导致保温被的最内层被浸湿,如果得不到及时的晾干,保温被会被逐层的浸湿,以致整个保温被被湿透,从而失去保温效果。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种防水型大棚保温被,结构牢固,不易老化、不易破损,能够达到防水、防潮、抗凝露的效果。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
防水型大棚保温被,包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层的上表面热合有 PVC 薄膜层,能够起到防水、隔热的效果,而且通过热合结构牢固,不易破损,所述无纺布层的下表面设有发泡膜层,发泡膜层具有防水、防潮、抗凝露性能,由于薄膜内部均匀分布细密的网状微泡,形成了一个阻隔层,产生了缓冲温度变化的阻隔作用,达到防水、防潮、抗凝露的目的,所述发泡膜层的下侧设有软针刺毡层,提高了保温效果,所述PVC 薄膜层的上侧设有碳纤维毡,能够起到保护PVC 薄膜层的作用,而且进一步提高了保温隔热效果。
进一步地,所述的无纺布层、PVC 薄膜层、发泡膜层、软针刺毡层和碳纤维毡之间采用缝制的方式连接,缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶,使结构牢固,不易老化。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构牢固,不易老化、不易破损,能够达到防水、防潮、抗凝露的效果。

如图1所示,一种防水型大棚保温被,包括无纺布层1,所述无纺布层1的上表面热合有 PVC 薄膜层2,能够起到防水、隔热的效果,而且通过热合结构牢固,不易破损,所述无纺布层1的下表面设有发泡膜层3,发泡膜层具有防水、防潮、抗凝露性能,由于薄膜内部均匀分布细密的网状微泡,形成了一个阻隔层,产生了缓冲温度变化的阻隔作用,达到防水、防潮、抗凝露的目的,所述发泡膜层3的下侧设有软针刺毡层4,提高了保温效果,所述PVC 薄膜层2的上侧设有碳纤维毡5,能够起到保护PVC 薄膜层的作用,而且进一步提高了保温隔热效果。
所述的无纺布层1、PVC 薄膜层2、发泡膜层4、软针刺毡层4和碳纤维毡5之间采用缝制的方式连接,缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶,使结构牢固,不易老化。

1.防水型大棚保温被,其特征在于:包括无纺布层,所述无纺布层的上表面热合有 PVC 薄膜层,所述无纺布层的下表面设有发泡膜层,所述发泡膜层的下侧设有软针刺毡层,所述PVC 薄膜层的上侧设有碳纤维毡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水型大棚保温被,其特征在于:所述的无纺布层、PVC 薄膜层、发泡膜层、软针刺毡层和碳纤维毡之间采用缝制的方式连接,缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶。
