本实用新型涉及一种管道吊架,尤其是一种厂房房梁管道吊架。
背景技术
目前的管道吊架一般不可同时吊装多个管道,且需要房顶或房梁上有预埋钢板才可焊接安装。
发明内容
为了解决不可同时吊装多个管道,且需要房顶或房梁上有预埋钢板才可焊接安装的问题,本实用新型提供一种厂房房梁管道吊架,可同时吊装多个管道,且不需在房顶或房梁上预埋钢板即可安装,现场安装方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由膨胀螺栓和膨胀螺栓螺母将两根角钢垂直于水平面安装在厂房房梁侧面,两根角钢的内弯曲面相向安装,两根角钢下部的外表面分别与平行于水平面的槽钢腹板两端外表面焊接,槽钢上顶板钻孔,通过橡胶隔振垫和管卡螺母在槽钢上顶板安装至少三个端部带螺纹的U形管卡,槽钢上顶板的内表面与管卡螺母之间安装有橡胶隔振垫。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下优点:可同时吊装多个管道,且不需在房顶或房梁上预埋钢板即可安装,现场安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作更进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示,由膨胀螺栓1和膨胀螺栓螺母2将两根角钢7垂直于水平面安装在厂房房梁侧面,两根角钢7的内弯曲面相向安装,两根角钢7下部的外表面分别与平行于水平面的槽钢6腹板两端外表面焊接,槽钢6上顶板钻孔,通过橡胶隔振垫4和管卡螺母5在槽钢6上顶板安装至少三个端部带螺纹的U形管卡3,槽钢6上顶板的内表面与管卡螺母5之间安装有橡胶隔振垫4。使用时,直接将两根角钢7用膨胀螺栓2固定于厂房房梁侧面,根据所支撑管道的规格及所使用管卡的规格调整槽钢6上顶板外表面钻孔的孔间距。

1.一种厂房房梁管道吊架,槽钢(6)上顶板钻孔,槽钢(6)上顶板的内表面与管卡螺母(5)之间安装有橡胶隔振垫(4),其特征是:膨胀螺栓(1)和膨胀螺栓螺母(2)将两根角钢(7)垂直于水平面安装在厂房房梁侧面,两根角钢(7)的内弯曲面相向安装,两根角钢(7)下部的外表面分别与平行于水平面的槽钢(6)腹板两端外表面焊接,通过橡胶隔振垫(4)和管卡螺母(5)在槽钢(6)上顶板安装至少三个端部带螺纹的U形管卡(3)。
