背景技术
目前,在烟用接装纸的生产中,需要采用分切机对烟用接装原纸进行分切,并在分切机上的卷纸轴上收卷。通常的卷纸装置是在卷纸轴上间隔套上若干个内径与卷纸轴相一致的套管,然后将纸张收卷在套管上。这种卷纸装置在使用较长时间后,套管会在卷纸轴上松动,产生左右滑动现象,造成套管定位不准,导致纸张收卷产生偏离,影响了收卷效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能防止套管偏离,使之定位准确,提高收卷效果的一种分切机用卷纸装置。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种分切机用卷纸装置,包括卷纸轴,在卷纸轴上设有若干个套管,其特征在于在卷纸轴上且在每个套管的位置处开有两个对称的长槽,长槽内嵌有涨缩件,涨缩件与卷纸轴内的气腔相连接;在卷纸轴的两端设有可调节松紧的夹块。
采用本实用新型,即使在长时间使用后套管略微变大,在气腔内通气后可以通过涨缩件固定套管上下位置,并在两端夹块的作用下使所有套管左右紧紧衔接在一起,使套管定位准确,提高收卷效果。

参照图1和图2,该分切机用卷纸装置包括卷纸轴5,在卷纸轴5上设有若干个套管3,在卷纸轴5上且在每个套管3的位置处开有两个对称的长槽4,长槽4内嵌有涨缩件7,涨缩件7与卷纸轴5内的气腔6相连接;在卷纸轴5的两端设有可调节松紧的夹块2,松紧度通过锁紧螺母1实现。根据上述,该卷纸装置即使在长时间使用后套管3略微变大,在气腔6内通气后,涨缩件7伸出长槽4,将套管3上下位置固定,并在两端夹块2的作用下使所有套管3左右紧紧衔接在一起,使套管3定位准确,提高收卷效果。
