本实用新型公开了一种用于户外的LED显示屏灯条,包括有铝型槽,铝型槽内卡设有PCB灯板,PCB灯板上均匀分布有LED灯珠,铝型槽的上沿向外延伸加宽,即铝型槽的上沿宽度大于下沿宽度,LED灯珠安装在PCB灯板的中部偏上位置。本实用新型的铝型槽的上沿加宽,形成一定的遮档,同时,在贴片时,也尽量将LED灯珠往PCB灯板的上端靠近,当阳光从上方直射时,铝型槽的上沿加宽部分便可遮挡一部份阳光,使光线不直接照射在防水胶和LED灯珠上,同时,由于避免的阳光直射,整屏的亮度和对比度也明显增加,扩大的观看视角,整个画面也更加绚丽。

本实用新型主要涉及LED领域,尤其涉及一种用于户外的LED显示屏灯条。
背景技术
LED显示屏做为户外广告已被使用在各个大型建筑物的外墙上,所有大型建筑都有一定的承载量,这就要求的设计显示屏时,重量是必须考虑的一个因素;针对大间距户外LED显示屏,通常采用隔栅方式,将显示屏按规定间距做成一根根灯条,并单独对每一根灯条做好防水处理,然后再拼装在一起,通常灯条是将LED灯珠直接贴片到一窄的PCB板上,然后再将PCB放在一条U型铝型槽里,最后再做防水。此方式在长时间使用后,由于太阳光的长期直射,防水胶和LED灯珠会快速老化,严重影响整体寿命。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于户外的LED显示屏灯条。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于户外的LED显示屏灯条,包括有铝型槽,铝型槽内卡设有PCB灯板,PCB灯板上均匀分布有LED灯珠,其特征在于:所述的铝型槽的上沿向外延伸加宽,即铝型槽的上沿宽度大于下沿宽度,LED灯珠安装在PCB灯板的中部偏上位置。
