背景技术
风力发电机是将风能转换为机械能的动力机械,又称风车,广义地说,它是一种以太阳为热源,以大气为工作介质的热能利用发动机,机舱罩作为风力发电机的重要组件,需要承受较大风载。现有机舱罩普遍为一体成型的矩形体,强度较低,加工难度大。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本实用新型提供了一种易加工机舱罩。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种易加工机舱罩,包括机舱罩板,机舱罩板两侧均布连接孔,机舱罩板通过弧形连接件连接,弧形连接件两侧设有倒梯形插入块,机舱罩板和弧形连接件连接端设有柔性风琴罩。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括倒梯形插入块顶端设有密封圈。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括机舱罩板上设有检修门。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构简单,分体制造,安装拆卸方便快捷,拼接牢靠,密封性能好,有效提高了机舱罩的强度,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,一种易加工机舱罩,包括机舱罩板1,机舱罩板1两侧均布连接孔2,机舱罩板1通过弧形连接件3连接,弧形连接件3两侧设有倒梯形插入块4,机舱罩板1和弧形连接件连3接端设有柔性风琴罩5,倒梯形插入块4顶端设有密封圈6,机舱罩板1上设有检修门7。
使用时,通过将倒梯形插入块4插入连接孔2来安装机舱罩板1,密封圈6起到很好的密封作用,柔性风琴罩5增强了机舱罩板1连接端的柔性,弧形连接件3使机舱罩主体角落没有棱角,减小风载,检修门7方便工作人员对机舱罩内部进行检修。
改进后的易加工机舱罩结构简单,分体制造,安装拆卸方便快捷,拼接牢靠,密封性能好,有效提高了机舱罩的强度,延长使用寿命。

1.一种易加工机舱罩,包括机舱罩板(1),其特征是,所述机舱罩板(1)两侧均布连接孔(2),机舱罩板(1)通过弧形连接件(3)连接,弧形连接件(3)两侧设有倒梯形插入块(4),机舱罩板(1)和弧形连接件连(3)接端设有柔性风琴罩(5)。
