本实用新型提供一种循环式节水防冻裂太阳能热水器水管装置，所述太阳能热水箱在兼作供水管的下水管下方连接有一根与太阳能热水箱溢水管相通的循环管，在循环管上装有可调节延时水泵，该调节延时水泵设有可安装在室外的测温器。通过循环管，可在可调节延时水泵的操控下，让下水管与热水箱之间的水循环运行，由此可避免高处热水箱开启后先排完冷水才能使用热水造成浪费的现象，同时，可在测温器的作用下，自动开启循环水，避免气温过低而冻裂下水管的现象。

本实用新型包括太阳能热水箱，所采用的技术方案在于：所述太阳能热水箱在兼作供水管的下水管下方连接有一根与太阳能热水箱溢水管相通的循环管，在循环管上装有可调节延时水泵，该调节延时水泵设有可安装在室外的测温器。
本实用新型具有如下优势效果：通过采用上述这样一种装置，在安装后使用时，可通过可调节延时水泵让循环管将下水管内的冷水抽至热水箱内，当热水行至下方时再开启热水使用，由此解决了先排放冷水才能使用热水造成的水资源浪费问题，同时，可在冬天气温过低时，通过测温器调控循环管产生冷热水循环而避免冻裂水管的现象，设计科学，可有效节约水资源、提高太阳能热水器利用率和确保太阳能热水器在冬天不被损坏。
