本实用新型用于输电线路领域，特别是涉及一种防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串。
背景技术
随着工业发展，用户对电能的需求越来越高，输电线路的容量正向更大的方向发展，线路的容量增大，则导线的截面增加，同时导向重量增加，目前在输变电线路中，塔与线路之间主要依靠各类连接金具进行连接，因此对导线与杆塔之间连接的金具要求也越来越高，金具的机械强度要求必须加大，而大强度的金具不但制作成本高，且体积庞大、结构复杂，造成线路投资高，也给线路安装和维修带来不便。
此外，输电线路及电气设备在雷雨季经常遭受雷击，雷害严重地区，容易造成大面积线路跳闸、线路断线等事故的发生，影响正常供电，形成很大的经济损失。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、安装方便、机械强度高，防雷效果好的防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，包括上联板、下联板以及连接所述上联板和下联板的两条并行设置的绝缘子串，所述上联板上设有与输电塔连接的金具，与所述下联板连接设有若干悬垂线夹，所述上联板和下联板上在所述绝缘子串的一侧设有正对伸出的避雷器。
进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进，两所述绝缘子串的上端均通过球头挂板与上联板连接，两所述绝缘子串的下端均通过碗头挂板与下联板连接，所述球头挂板和碗头挂板上均装有电弧环。

参照图1、图2，本实用新型提供了一种防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，包括上联板1、下联板2以及连接所述上联板1和下联板2的两条并行设置的绝缘子串3，所述绝缘子串3采用复合绝缘子串。两所述绝缘子串3的上端均通过球头挂板4与上联板1连接，两所述绝缘子串3的下端均通过碗头挂板5与下联板2连接，所述球头挂板4和碗头挂板5上均装有电弧环6，以避免高压电弧的形成。所述上联板1上设有与输电塔连接的金具，所述金具包括两个倒扣在一起的U型挂环7，所述U型挂环7的上端连接铰接座8，下端连接上联板1。与所述下联板2连接设有若干悬垂线夹9，各所述悬垂线夹9内均装有护线套10。其中，所述下联板2通过挂板11连接底联板12，各所述悬垂线夹9均悬挂在所述底联板12上。所述上联板1和下联板2上在所述绝缘子串3的一侧设有正对伸出的避雷器13。
本防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串在上联板1和下联板2间设置两并行的绝缘子串3，上联板1通过金具连接输电塔，下联板2通过悬垂线夹9承担输电导线，如此本实用新型通过上述结构的改进增加了连接导线的机械强度的同时，保证了整体结构的简便性，降低制作成本，节约线路投资，也方便线路安装和维修。同时，在上联板1和下联板2上设置避雷器13，避免雷击后造成大面积线路跳闸、线路断线等事故的发生，保证正常供电，降低经济损失。

1.一种防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，其特征在于：包括上联板、下联板以及连接所述上联板和下联板的两条并行设置的绝缘子串，所述上联板上设有与输电塔连接的金具，与所述下联板连接设有若干悬垂线夹，所述上联板和下联板上在所述绝缘子串的一侧设有正对伸出的避雷器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，其特征在于：两所述绝缘子串的上端均通过球头挂板与上联板连接，两所述绝缘子串的下端均通过碗头挂板与下联板连接，所述球头挂板和碗头挂板上均装有电弧环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，其特征在于：所述下联板通过挂板连接底联板，各所述悬垂线夹均悬挂在所述底联板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防雷双悬式复合绝缘子串，其特征在于：所述金具包括两个倒扣在一起的U型挂环，所述U型挂环的上端连接铰接座，下端连接上联板。
