背景技术
螺帽等产品攻牙时，产品的表面会附着大量的油，而在后续的振动钢花工序时需先用热水冲洗掉附着在产品表面的油，然后再进行该工序的生产，冲洗过程中产生的大量油水混合液若不经过分离处理，处理成本较高，且会造成油品资源的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提出一种回收机油，同时可降低废水处理成本的机加工中油水分离回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：本实用新型的一种机加工中油水分离回收装置，它包括混合液输入槽、油液输出槽和混合液贮存槽，其特征在于上述混合液贮存槽与漂浮溢流槽相邻，其溢流隔离板高度低于槽体的高度，与漂浮溢流槽相邻的是油水分离槽，漂浮溢流槽与油水分离槽之间的隔板底部有进液孔，在油水分离槽中有电机带动的粘油带，在油液输出槽上有贴近粘油带的刮油片。
