Abstract

本实用新型公开一种滑盖式新型连接器，包括主体及滑盖，主体前端形成头部，该头部具有容置槽，主体后端形成尾座，所述滑盖与头部滑动连接并可盖于容置槽上以固定刮臂插入部，容置槽底部向前延伸形成弹臂，弹臂邻近端部设有凸起以与滑盖前端配合定位。本实用新型通过前端滑盖及后端尾座配合，可方便与n型扣式刮臂连接组装，具有结构合理、拆装方便等优点。

滑盖式新型雨刷连接器
技术领域
本实用新型公开一种滑盖式新型连接器，按国际专利分类表(IPC)划分属于雨刷连接技术领域，尤其是涉及一种n形扣式刮臂用连接装置。
背景技术
雨刷是汽车配件之一，通过雨刷连接器被可替换地装在雨刷刮臂上。通常，连接器的结构是依据雨刮臂的结构而设置，且大都采用固定式连接方式，一种连接器可装配于某一特定形式的雨刷刮臂。由于市场上有各式各样的雨刷刮臂，相配合的雨刷连接器种类也多样化。通用型连接器的出现，使一款雨刷能配合多种形状的雨刷刮臂安装使用。
文献200380104216.2公开一种用于可拆式连接一个雨刷片与一个可驱动的雨刷臂的装置，如图14、15，为了到达一个预装配位置,在该预装配位置上,雨刷臂的纵轴线和连接元件的纵轴线构成一个在大约10℃至100°范围内的角度β,插入区段可以几乎直线地插入到容纳槽内;为了到达一个最终装配位置,雨刷臂和结合区段可以绕着插入区段/容纳槽的接触区域彼此相对摆动,直到使锁止区段能形成一种相互的持久的连接，原产是通过这个如图14所示角度及顺序①②进入的，有在其专利中限制到，原产为二侧弹片M1可内压拆卸雨刷臂。而文献201010201114.4公开一种雨刷连接组件，用以将一雨刷连接到数个具有不同结构的雨刷杆的任意一个，该雨刷连接组件包括一近端构件、一远程构件、一对设置于该近端构件和该远程构件之间的侧壁和数个座体，每个座体被建构成和其它座体不同，每个座体用来支持该数个雨刷杆中的至少一个，该文献中连接组件前端盖子，盖子藉由侧面锁紧结构与组件侧面弹臂导槽中的锁紧结构44配合实现打开或关闭，进而固定雨刷杆。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种滑盖式新型连接器，通过滑盖与后端锁止结构配合实现与n形扣式刮臂连接。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种滑盖式新型连接器，包括主体及滑盖，主体前端形成头部，该头部具有容置槽，主体后端形成固定尾座，所述滑盖与头部滑动连接并可盖于容置槽上以固定刮臂插入部，容置槽底部向前延伸形成弹臂，弹臂邻近端部设有凸起以与滑盖前端配合定位。
进一步，所述固定尾座为固定一体式座体结构，其两侧形成卡点与刮臂臂卡口配合卡接。滑盖上设有前压板用于压住刮臂上平面以固定刮臂。与刮臂装配时，将刮臂往后倾斜一定角度，使刮臂卡口先卡入固定尾座卡点处，再通过旋转刮臂前端，通过滑盖前压板固定。
进一步，所述头部具有两侧壁，侧壁之间形成容置槽，侧壁外设有弧状滑槽，滑盖两侧设有滑轨与滑槽配合实现左右定位，两侧壁顶面呈弧状结构，侧壁底面呈倾斜的直线段结构。
进一步，所述主体滑槽的前端设有止滑部，滑盖的滑轨对应处设有止滑点与止滑部配合。
进一步，所述弹壁与主体头部侧壁之间具有间隔，弹壁上凸起的前侧面为弧形面，凸起后侧面为直立面，该直立面是定位滑盖的作用面。
进一步，所述主体头部与尾座之间的纵向区段为刮臂n形扣合段，尾座突出于主体两侧形成定位结构，定位结构的作用面是由垂直面和倾斜面顺次连接形成。
本实用新型通过前端滑盖及后端尾座配合，可方便与n型扣式刮臂连接组装，不需采用借助其他工具可以直接拆装、更换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
实施例：请参阅图1至图7，一种滑盖式新型连接器100，包括主体1及滑盖2，主体前端形成头部11，该头部具有容置槽111，主体1后端形成固定尾座12，所述滑盖2与头部11滑动连接并可盖于容置槽上以固定刮臂插入部，容置槽底部向前延伸形成弹臂112，弹臂邻近端部设有凸起113以与滑盖2前端配合定位。所述固定尾座12为固定一体式座体结构，其两侧形成卡点121、122与刮臂臂卡口（卡台203）配合卡接，上述卡点为固定一体式的很重要，是与原产连接件非一体式二侧为弹片的重要区别。滑盖2上设有前压板用于压住刮臂上平面以固定刮臂，该压接部C见图10中所示；当采用原产连接件固定刮臂时，其固定位置是刮臂前端D处见图10所示。如图9所示，与刮臂装配时，将刮臂往后倾斜一定角度，使刮臂卡口A先卡入固定尾座卡点处，固定再通过旋转刮臂前端，通过滑盖前压板固定，而图9刮臂上平面B处为滑盖压板压住此处。本实用新型头部11具有两侧壁，侧壁之间形成容置槽111，侧壁外设有弧状滑槽114，滑盖2两侧设有滑轨与滑槽配合实现左右定位，两侧壁顶面呈弧状结构，侧壁底面呈倾斜的直线段结构。所述主体滑槽114的前端设有止滑部，滑盖2的滑轨对应处设有止滑点与止滑部配合。在弹壁112与主体头部11侧壁之间具有间隔即缺口115，弹壁上凸起的前侧面为弧形面，凸起后侧面为直立面，该直立面是定位滑盖的作用面。本实用新型主体头部11与尾座12之间的纵向区段为刮臂n形扣合段116，尾座12突出于主体两侧形成定位卡点结构121、122，定位结构的作用面是由垂直面和倾斜面顺次连接形成。
请参阅图8至图10，是本实用新型与第一种雨刷刮臂200连接图，该刮臂包括有一个大致为n形的n形壳体201、一个插入部202和从n形壳体往前伸出的一对限位卡台203（卡口）。卡台形成于侧壁上，具有后端，后端呈一个锐角结构限位结构。欲将刮臂安装到连接器时，首先将刮臂的卡台203与连接器尾座的定位结构121、122配合卡位，如图9所示，刮臂纵向方向与连接器水平方向具有一个夹角，而连接器100前端滑盖2处于打开状态，刮臂200绕着定位结构往连接器头部枢转，刮臂n形壳体扣于连接器主体的扣合段，插入部202收纳于连接器头部容置槽111内，最后，滑盖2被移到关闭位置。在此关闭位置，滑盖位于插入部和刮臂一部分的上方，因而防止刮臂在Z 方向（上下方向）移动。连接器头部和尾座将刮臂夹于其间，防止刮臂在纵长方向X 上移动。连接器主体侧壁可与刮臂内表面接合，防止刮臂在横向方向Y上移动。
请参阅图11至图13，是本实用新型与另一种雨刷刮臂300连接图，该刮臂包括有一个大致为n形的n形壳体201、一个插入部202和从n形壳体往前伸出的一对限位卡台203，其与连接器组装，与第一种雨刷刮臂结合方式相同。本实施例中的刮臂300，其限位卡台203，形成于侧壁上，具有后端，后端呈一个直角结构限位结构，只要限位卡台203与定位结构121、122 配合安装即可，限位卡台203的形状不作具体限制。
本实用新型通过前端滑盖及后端尾座配合，可方便与n型扣式刮臂连接组装，具有结构合理、拆装方便等优点。

1.一种滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：包括主体及滑盖，主体前端形成头部，该头部具有容置槽，主体后端形成固定尾座，所述滑盖与头部滑动连接并可盖于容置槽上以固定刮臂插入部，容置槽底部向前延伸形成弹臂，弹臂邻近端部设有凸起以与滑盖前端配合定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述固定尾座为固定一体式座体结构，其两侧形成卡点与刮臂臂卡口配合卡接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述滑盖上设有前压板用于压住刮臂上平面以固定刮臂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述头部具有两侧壁，侧壁之间形成容置槽，侧壁外设有弧状滑槽，滑盖两侧设有滑轨与滑槽配合实现左右定位，两侧壁顶面呈弧状结构，侧壁底面呈倾斜的直线段结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述主体滑槽的前端设有止滑部，滑盖的滑轨对应处设有止滑点与止滑部配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述弹壁与主体头部侧壁之间具有间隔，弹壁上凸起的前侧面为弧形面，凸起后侧面为直立面，该直立面是定位滑盖的作用面。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的滑盖式新型连接器，其特征在于 ：所述主体头部与尾座之间的纵向区段为刮臂n形扣合段，尾座突出于主体两侧形成定位结构，定位结构的作用面是由垂直面和倾斜面顺次连接形成。
